More Details

The 29m motor yacht Talila was delivered to her owners in 2000 by Italian shipyard Mondo Marine. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Aldo Cichero, while Mondo Marine is responsible for her naval architecture.

Key Features

  • Extensive flybridge deck space
  • Four ensuite guest cabins
  • 29m (95.2ft) Mondomarine yacht
  • Max Speed 25 knots

Design & Construction

Designed around a planing aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 6.7m beam and a 3.2m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 140 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

The 29m (95.2ft) Mondomarine Talila carries a low, balanced profile, with smooth lines and a compact superstructure that keeps the proportions clean. The beam of 6.7m (22ft) gives her a broad stance for this size, which feeds directly into the deck space.

The flybridge stands out straight away. It runs almost full length and uses that beam well, with large sunpads aft, a bar, and a dining table sized for eight. An awning system adds shade when needed, so the space stays usable through long days at anchor or in port.

On the main deck aft, a shaded cockpit sets up for outdoor dining, with direct access into the saloon. Side decks are wide enough for easy movement forward, leading to a foredeck that adds another sunbathing zone and a quieter seating area away from the main social spaces.

At water level, the swim platform acts as the launch point for a full set of toys, including space for a 4m (13.1ft) Zodiac tender.

Interior Design

Inside, Talila reflects her refit work, with a lighter, more modern feel layered over classic Italian joinery. The main saloon is arranged as an open plan space, but it breaks into distinct zones so guests can spread out without losing connection.

A lounge area centres around a large screen with surround sound, while a separate dining space sits forward with seating for eight. Large windows bring in steady natural light, and the layout avoids tight transitions, so movement between spaces stays easy.

Accommodation

Talila accommodates up to 8 guests across four cabins as standard, with capacity rising to 10 using pullman berths.

The master cabin offers the most space, with a larger ensuite and an added seating area. A VIP cabin and a double cabin provide further fixed berths, while two twin cabins each include pullman beds, which gives the layout flexibility for families or mixed groups.

All cabins are ensuite and fitted with entertainment systems, and the finish follows the same light carpet and darker wood contrast seen in the main areas.

Crew accommodation supports up to 4.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V2000M90) 2,285hp engines, motor yacht Talila is capable of reaching a top speed of 25 knots, and comfortably cruises at 22 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.

Amenities

Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort.
