The ISA Unica 45M yacht was sold to a U.S. client earlier this year, with delivery scheduled for 2029. Built with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, the yacht forms part of ISA Yachts' growing Unica range and was developed by Team for Design - Enrico Gobbi in collaboration with the shipyard's technical department.
Pool, Sunpads and Infinity Cockpit
Much of the yacht's exterior space is focused around an expansive aft arrangement spread across three descending levels. The layout gradually steps down toward the sea, creating a sequence of outdoor living areas centered around a swimming pool, sunpads, and an infinity-style cockpit enclosed by glass balustrades. The design creates uninterrupted views aft while strengthening the connection between the yacht and the water.
Additional guest amenities include a gym on the main deck and multiple dining areas arranged for formal entertaining. Indoor dining on the main deck is complemented by an alfresco dining space on the upper deck, with both capable of accommodating up to 12 guests.
The [Unica 45M] is distinguished by fluid, perfectly balanced lines that create a sleek silhouette, gracefully extending both forward and aft."

Further relaxation areas can be found on the upper deck forward, where a lounge and sunpad area provide an additional private retreat on board the motor yacht away from the main social zones.
Upper-Deck Owner's Apartment
With a gross tonnage of approximately 430GT, the ISA Unica 45M is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests across six staterooms. A defining feature of the layout is the owner's suite, positioned aft on the upper deck rather than the main deck. The private apartment includes its own lounge, office area, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom, creating a secluded space separate from guest accommodations.
A VIP suite occupies the main deck and benefits from large side windows, a walk-in wardrobe, and a generous ensuite. The remaining guest accommodations are located on the lower deck and comprise two additional VIP cabins and two twin cabins.
Elevated Social Spaces Across the Flybridge
The 16-meter flybridge serves as one of the superyacht's principal entertainment spaces. Here, guests have access to additional lounge seating, a bar, dining facilities, and a circular Jacuzzi. Combined with the expansive stern arrangement, the flybridge contributes significantly to the model's emphasis on outdoor living.
Power comes from twin Caterpillar engines, delivering a top speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots.
Recent Launches, New Models and Construction Milestones
The keel laying follows a busy first half of 2026 for ISA Yachts as the builder continues expanding its portfolio across several size segments. In May, the yard launched the 67-meter Sea Raider X, the new flagship of its Gran Turismo range. Designed by Vallicelli Design with interiors by Team for Design - Enrico Gobbi, the steel-and-aluminum yacht introduced a reworked beach club arrangement and a large aft pool area focused on outdoor living.
ISA's recent activity also includes the start of construction on the second 39m Viper 130, a high-performance model capable of 35 knots and scheduled for delivery in 2028, alongside the introduction of the new Timeless range. Developed with Luca Dini - Design & Architecture, the series spans five models from 42m to 82m and focuses on flexible layouts and owner-led customization.
