101m Kusch Superyacht I Dynasty Listed for Sale

Making its debut on the brokerage market, the 101-metre megayacht I Dynasty is now offered at €240,000,000. The vessel is jointly listed with SuperYachtsMonaco and Merle A. Wood & Associates, marking a rare opportunity to acquire one of the world’s largest and most prestigious superyachts.

Delivered in 2015 by German shipyard Kusch Yachts, I Dynasty showcases interiors by Massari Design and exterior lines by The A Group with naval architecture from The A Group and Vega Yachts.

I Dynasty’s interiors are defined by warm anigre and madrone burr veneers, gold-leaf accents, and detailed marquetry, creating an opulent yet welcoming atmosphere. Studio Massari’s layout accommodates large gatherings, with the main saloon offering multiple seating areas, a formal dining space, a games table, a baby grand piano, and a well-stocked library. Parquet flooring replaces carpet for a formal aesthetic, while floor-to-ceiling windows flood the spaces with light.

The striking central staircase of the yacht for sale, wrapped around a glass lift, is a focal point, featuring light marble, a wrought iron balustrade with gold-plated floral details, and a custom five-meter chandelier from Cenedese of Murano. Designed to meet PYC fire safety requirements, decorative elements use non-combustible plaster in place of traditional woods, alongside specially treated leathers. Guest spaces are linked by an elevator serving all decks, ensuring accessibility throughout.

The aft deck houses a floodable tender garage capable of launching a custom Pascoe limousine tender and a Riva Aquariva. When not in use, the space converts into a saltwater pool deck.

Additional outdoor amenities include multiple dining areas, a covered cinema, and several pools, including an infinity pool with unobstructed ocean views. The crow’s nest offers panoramic 360-degree vistas, while the wheelhouse has been likened to an updated Star Trek bridge.

Distinctive glass “shark fins” double as windbreaks and architectural features, enabling uninterrupted floor-to-ceiling glazing. Walkaround side decks provide ample space for relaxation, while hidden glass doors and windows allow outdoor areas to be enclosed in poor weather.
