Award-Winning 115m Superyacht Ahpo Has Been Sold

Superyacht Ahpo has sold, YachtBuyer Market Watch confirms, after just 153 days on the market, around 5 months. This represents a remarkably fast turnaround for a yacht of her size and value. Listed for sale with Alex Busher of Edmiston, her last-known asking price was €340,000,000.

While no official announcement has been made, YachtBuyer observed her departure into international waters on September 2 for what appeared to be her official handover.

Delivered in 2021, Ahpo pairs exterior styling and interior design by Nuvolari Lenard with naval architecture by Lurssen. She was conceived as an ocean-going family yacht with large-scale amenities and meticulous engineering.

Nuvolari Lenard’s interior concept favors natural materials and tactile finishes to create a warm, contemporary atmosphere. Wood, stone, glass, mother-of-pearl, and hand-laid mosaics appear throughout, with greenery used to soften sightlines in saloons and spa areas.

A sculptural spiral staircase by Vedder rises through five decks, its central column wrapped in handmade crystal feathers and each landing set to a distinct color theme. Formal dining on board the yacht centers on a custom verre églomisé table by DKTArtworks for List, while a dedicated boardroom aft on the main deck features an oval bronze and blue resin table engraved with a map of Jamaica.

Wellness spaces on the lower deck include a Turkish-style hammam, sauna with Himalayan salt bricks, massage room, bar, and a central jacuzzi with plunge pool. A main-deck cinema seats 12 in plush armchairs beneath custom wall coverings that echo mosaic motifs from the wellness deck. Additionally, a glass walkway through the engine room offers a rare, guest-friendly look at the yacht’s technical heart.

Semi-circular windows reference the owner’s previous yacht and give character to the façades. Outdoor living is a core focus: wide side promenades encourage long strolls, deck heights reach up to 2.7 m for bright, airy spaces, and large aft terraces support relaxed gatherings.

A beach club unfolds at the stern to create a water-level lounge, while an 8 m pool with a counter-current system features glass sides backlit with the yacht’s logo. Certified helipads are positioned forward for a Sikorsky S-76 and aft for flexible operations, and two custom 12 m IC Yacht tenders are stowed for guest transfers.

The owner’s residence spans two levels on the main and upper decks. The primary bedroom measures approximately 245 sq m with two custom sofas, a forward breakfast nook, and twin private terraces tucked into recessed balconies for privacy and shelter.

Twin MTU 20V 4000 M73L diesels, each rated at 4,290 hp, drive controllable-pitch propellers for precise thrust across the speed range. Ahpo reaches 18 knots at the top end and cruises comfortably around 14 knots, with a quoted range of roughly 6,000 nautical miles at 12 knots from fuel stores of about 409,000 liters.

Ahpo has earned wide recognition across the superyacht industry, securing multiple major awards between 2022 and 2023. Highlights include “Yacht of the Year” at both the International Superyacht Society Awards and the World Yachts Trophies, as well as wins for Best Power Interior and Outstanding Exterior Motor Yacht Design at the Boat International Design & Innovation Awards.
