Palm Beach International Boat Show 2026 Closes With Ongoing Project Momentum

The Palm Beach International Boat Show 2026 has closed after five days along Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, drawing over 55,000 attendees and more than 600 exhibiting brands across both land and water.

A total of 138 debuts were recorded across the show, spanning superyachts, production models, and new project announcements that continued to build through the week. From high-value superyachts for sale and large brokerage listings to new-build reveals and owner-led projects, PBIBS 2026 presented a wider snapshot of where the industry is moving as the US season gets underway.

Fleet Growth, Market Data, and Key Debuts

Major Projects and Sales Revealed in Palm Beach

Beyond the docks, several announcements gave the show added depth, with new projects and transactions shaping much of the week’s narrative.

The new Mangusta GranSport 50 yacht was revealed, a 50-meter addition to Mangusta's fast-cruising range designed by Alberto Mancini, with naval architecture by Ausonio of P.L.A.N.A. Design. The model brings a raised pilot house layout into the series for the first time, creating additional usable space on the upper level and shifting the design toward greater onboard flexibility.

With a reported range of 4,200 nautical miles and first delivery scheduled for June 2029, it points to a continued move toward larger, longer-range platforms within performance-led yacht lines.

Sunreef Yachts confirmed that Carlos Alcaraz has commissioned a customized Sunreef Ultima 88, adding a high-profile owner to the yard’s expanding roster. The project centers on a five-stateroom layout, with a strong focus on water access through its 'Ocean Lounge', unfolding side terraces, and aft platform. Revealed during the show, the order highlights continued demand for catamarans that prioritize space, stability, and active use.

Bilgin Yachts confirmed the sale of its 82-meter flagship Project Bond during the event. Designed by Emrecan Özgün with interiors by Jonny Horsfield, the yacht is expected to reach around 2,150 GT and deliver a range of over 5,000 nautical miles. As the largest yacht built by the yard to date, the sale marks a notable transaction at the upper end of the market and reinforces ongoing activity in large, owner-driven custom builds.

Fraser and Fountaine Pajot Yachts introduced the new 35-meter FPY120 catamaran, marking a further step into the 30-meter-plus segment for the French builder. Designed by Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design, the model is arranged across three decks with a focus on circulation, natural light, and extended onboard living.

Supported commercially by Fraser, the project reflects a growing presence of larger motor catamarans positioned for longer stays and more residential-style use.

Closing Signals From Palm Beach 2026

Palm Beach 2026 closed with steady growth in fleet size, sustained brokerage activity, and a consistent stream of new-build announcements that extended across the full five days.

As the US season continues, Palm Beach again serves as an early indicator of direction, with demand spread across multiple segments and a continued focus on newer platforms, flexible layouts, and long-range capability.
