Sitting at the top of the list with a €148 million asking price, 71.5m Vanish is one of the headline brokerage yachts to seek out at Monaco this year. Delivered by Feadship in 2021, the 1,728GT yacht has the pedigree to match the price tag, with Harrison Eidsgaard responsible for both her exterior and interior and De Voogt behind the naval architecture.
Her standout feature is the sheer variety of spaces packed into her four decks. At 74m, Synthesis is actually longer than Vanish, but her €132 million asking price puts her second in this year's ranking. The Amels 242 yacht was delivered in 2021 and returns to Monaco following a 2026 refit, giving prospective buyers the chance to inspect a recently updated example of the Dutch yard's Limited Editions platform.
Synthesis gets particularly interesting on the owner's deck - a 384-square-meter private domain with an office, suite, forward Jacuzzi and wide-reaching views. Elsewhere, the Amels yacht takes a less conventional approach to entertaining. The traditional main-deck dining room was sacrificed for a more social layout flowing toward the distinctive red-tiled infinity pool, while formal dining moved upstairs. At €110 million, Malia takes third place, but at 77.7m she is the longest of the three yachts at the top of this ranking. Delivered by Golden Yachts in 2023 and refitted in 2024, the 2,165GT vessel makes a strong case for buyers who want serious volume without giving up long-range capability.
The place to start at Monaco is the stern. Malia's beach club opens on three sides, with two fold-down sea terraces and the transom extending over the water, while a hammam, sauna and massage room sit just inside. Alchemist brings something different to the top end of this list. Asking €64 million, the 62m Sanlorenzo is the second hull from the Sanlorenzo 62Steel series, but her layout puts considerable emphasis on giving the owner space away from the yacht's main guest areas.
A dedicated owner's deck places the suite, study and lounge alongside a private forward terrace and swimming pool. At the opposite end of the yacht, the beach club opens on three sides at water level, with a bar, gym and hammam inside. Just behind fellow 62Steel Alchemist is the yacht that started the series. Lemon Tree was delivered in 2021 as Sanlorenzo's first 62Steel and is now asking €62 million, offering Monaco buyers an interesting opportunity to compare two interpretations of the same platform almost side by side.
Lemon Tree's calling card is her unusually private owner's deck. The forward-facing suite opens directly onto its own terrace and pool, creating a secluded area well away from the main guest spaces. Rossinavi delivered the full-custom explorer in 2024 for an owner focused on reaching remote destinations, and the resulting yacht has an Ice Class hull, diesel-electric propulsion and an impressive 8,000nm range at 12 knots.
With a gross tonnage of 1,241GT, Akula is worth seeking out in Monaco for the unconventional thinking inside, too. There is no traditional main-deck saloon. Instead, space is devoted to the way her owners actually wanted to live, including a workshop, craft room and Japanese-inspired spa. An open-air observation deck is carved into the bow, while the yacht can carry two large tenders and even 20ft containers configured as scientific laboratories. Delivered in 2023, she is the sixth yacht from the proven Heesen 55m Steel series, with Omega Architects responsible for her shark-grey exterior and Luca Dini Design & Architecture creating the interiors.
One feature buyers should seek out in Monaco is the 82-square-meter owner's apartment, which occupies the main deck forward and even has an opening window for a direct connection to the water. A separate VIP sits on the bridge deck, giving two principal guest parties extra privacy. Further aft, the beach club incorporates wellness facilities, while the sundeck adds a Jacuzzi, bar and teppanyaki grill. At just 43.5m, This Is It is by far the shortest yacht in the top 10, but her €46 million asking price starts to make sense once you step aboard. Delivered by Tecnomar in 2024, the aluminium power catamaran for sale packs 750GT into her 14.5m beam, giving her the volume more commonly associated with considerably longer yachts.
The architecture alone makes her a must-see in Monaco. Around 600 square meters of glass wraps an asymmetric superstructure, while the twin-hull platform creates an exceptionally broad main saloon and an aft pool suspended between the hulls. Upstairs, the owner's apartment has a 3.3m-high ceiling, huge skylight and private terrace. Simena introduces something entirely different to a ranking dominated by motor yachts. Delivered by Ares Yachts in 2026, the 62m sailing yacht pairs the proportions and detailing of a classic ketch with a sophisticated six-mode hybrid propulsion system, allowing her to cruise under diesel, electric power or sail - and even regenerate electricity through the propeller while sailing.
For Monaco visitors, that contrast between old and new deserves a closer look. A bowsprit, mahogany exterior joinery and teak decks establish the traditional character, while a carbon-fiber superstructure and twin-helm flybridge bring the concept firmly up to date. For buyers with an eye on something almost factory-fresh, Sairu deserves attention. Asking €42 million, the 54.84m yacht was delivered in 2025 as the first Riva 54Metri and, importantly, remains the largest Riva built to date. Her four-deck, all-aluminum platform keeps her just below the 500GT threshold, with Officina Italiana Design responsible for her distinctive Moon Grey exterior and interiors.
The stern of the motor yacht is likely to draw the crowds in Monaco. A 5m swimming pool anchors the beach club, where fold-down bulwarks open the space into terraces over the water.
