Measuring 20 metres in length, the model has been developed by Ferretti Yachts in collaboration with Ideaeitalia and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department. This second-generation version introduces a refreshed design language for the model, featuring revised exterior detailing, a redesigned hardtop and updated interiors intended to enhance both functionality and onboard atmosphere.
Restyled exterior and sociable flybridge layout
The exterior arrangement onboard the yacht focuses on creating flexible outdoor living spaces suited to Mediterranean cruising. The flybridge provides multiple social zones, including lounge seating, dining space and sunbathing areas positioned beneath the redesigned hardtop, while the aft cockpit connects directly with the salon through sliding glass doors to strengthen the indoor-outdoor layout.
Wide side decks lead forward to an additional bow lounge area, offering further seating and sunpads for guests during day cruising. The motor yacht’s updated exterior styling forms part of the second-generation redesign, giving the model a cleaner and more contemporary profile while retaining the brand’s established flybridge proportions. Visitors attending the Venice Boat Show 2026 can currently explore these exterior spaces and updated design features on display at the Arsenale.
How the second-generation Ferretti 670 differs from the original
The first-generation Ferretti 670, produced from 2018 to 2024, established itself as one of the brand’s most successful flybridge yachts, recognised for award-winning space optimisation, its mezzanine-style owner’s area, and a large 25-square-metre flybridge more commonly associated with larger yachts.
The first-generation model also built a strong reputation within the industry awards circuit, winning Best Layout (18.5–24m) at the World Yachts Trophies 2018 and Best Motor Yacht in Asia (15–20m) at the Yacht Style Awards 2019, while also receiving finalist nominations at both the Asia Boating Awards and Motor Boat Awards.
The second-generation model introduces a more refined interpretation of the platform. Exterior styling has been modernised with cleaner detailing and a redesigned hardtop, while the interiors have been completely reworked by Ideaeitalia to create a softer and more contemporary atmosphere.
The layout of the boat continues the design approach introduced on the first-generation model, with a main deck arrangement that clearly separates the lounge and dining areas to improve onboard flow and functionality. The optional raised mezzanine owner’s stateroom remains one of the yacht’s defining features, now integrated into a more contemporary interior arrangement focused on long-range comfort and liveability.
Raised mezzanine owner’s suite and flexible accommodation
A defining feature onboard the Ferretti 670 is the optional raised mezzanine owner’s stateroom, positioned to create greater separation and privacy within the lower deck arrangement. The layout is available in both three and four-cabin configurations, accommodating between six and eight guests depending on specification.
The interiors focus on refined finishes, soft contemporary detailing, and natural light throughout the accommodation spaces. The yacht has been designed around a balance of comfort, liveability and understated Italian styling.
Performance and cruising capability
Built with a GRP hull and superstructure, the Ferretti 670 is offered with twin MAN engine options, with the most powerful configuration delivering up to 32 knots. Cruising speed is listed at 25 knots, while the yacht offers a range of up to 247 nautical miles at 21.8 knots.
Ferretti continues expanding its flybridge portfolio
The second-generation Ferretti 670 forms part of Ferretti Yachts’ growing flybridge range, joining models such as the Ferretti 580 motor yacht within the builder’s latest generation of owner-focused cruising yachts designed around contemporary styling, onboard comfort and long-range usability.
Measuring 18 metres in length, the award-winning Ferretti 580 shares many of the design characteristics seen across Ferretti’s modern flybridge range, including sculpted exterior lines, expansive glazing and sociable outdoor living spaces. The model secured a World Yachts Trophies 2023 win in the Best Layout (13–20m) category and offers a maximum cruising range of 310 nautical miles.
