The Princess Y85 Mk2 is the updated GRP planing model from Plymouth with the same 26.2m (86 ft) hull and twin MAN V12 shafts, built for long private runs and steady crew flow. It keeps the Olesinski deep-V form but shifts the lines, glazing, and aft deck use.

This second generation moves to single-sweep hull glass and an “infinity” cockpit with a glazed transom, sliding seats, with a lift-and-drop table. The flybridge gains a darker support frame and a cleaner aft zone for a crane or spa. The galley can close off with a rising bar panel and door, giving crew a clear workspace on long trips. Power stays in the same V12 band, with fast sprint ability and slow-speed range past 1,000nm.

The new Y85 is classically Princess. The refined full lenght hull glazing compliments the latest Y class styling, encompassing an interior sanctuary within.

The elongated main deck offers ample entertaining spaces, from the large aft cockpit area available in a range of configurations including a central cockpit table or convertible seating arrangement, through to the saloon's circular dining area to seat eight guests. The flexible galley arrangement allows for the utmost privacy for guests with the crew able to move discretely around the yacht.

With twin MAN V12 engines propelling her to a top speed of up to 31 knots, the Y85 cruises past fellow contemporaries without looking back. Unmissable, the new Y85 is unmistakably Princess.
