Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 8.9m beam and a 2.55m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 498 GT (Gross Tonnes).

The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.

Exterior Design

Aquamarina is a 47.5m (155.8ft) ISA yacht designed by Walter Franchini, with a profile that is instantly recognisable thanks to its pearlescent pale blue hull and cream-white superstructure. Built in steel and aluminium, the yacht combines sweeping curves with the flowing lines typical of ISA's larger motor yachts from this era.

Large bands of glazing run along the main deck, bringing natural light deep into the interior while helping to visually reduce the yacht's 498GT volume. One of the most distinctive exterior elements is ISA's signature twin staircase arrangement, which links the swim platform, aft decks and sundeck.

The sundeck combines several guest-focused spaces. A Jacuzzi sits aft, surrounded by sun pads, while a gym area is positioned beneath the yacht's large forward-sweeping radar arch. Additional lounge and shaded seating areas provide space for relaxation throughout the day.

Aft deck spaces are arranged for outdoor dining and entertaining, while the broad swim platform provides direct access to the water.

Interior Design

Cristiano Gatto created an interior that draws heavily on decorative craftsmanship and themed design. Materials used throughout the yacht include onyx, Sicis micro-mosaics, gold leaf, alabaster, exotic silks, wrought iron, polished steel and white leather.

The main saloon takes inspiration from classical European interiors, with white and gold detailing, custom furnishings, alabaster accents and large windows. Forward, a formal dining room adopts Empire-style influences through ornate finishes, decorative columns and carved dining furniture.

One of the yacht's most impressive interior spaces is the upper deck sky lounge. Arched ceilings, extensive glazing and panoramic views create a bright social area that spans much of the deck. Elsewhere, a dedicated cinema room includes a large flat-screen display, custom seating and dark African wenge wood finishes.

The galley is equipped with double refrigerator-freezers, microwave and convection ovens, cooktops and extensive storage. Navigation and operational systems include advanced radar, satellite navigation, communications equipment, stabilisers and bow thrusters.

Accommodation

Aquamarina accommodates up to 12 guests in six suites and carries up to 10 crew.

The layout is centred around two owner-standard suites. The bridge deck suite enjoys direct access to a private exterior terrace through glass doors, while the second master suite occupies the main deck. Both cabins offer significantly more space than a typical guest suite.

Guest accommodation also includes a VIP cabin, three double cabins and one twin cabin. Each stateroom follows its own decorative theme and incorporates custom furnishings, rich materials and en suite facilities.

The owner's suite features a private balcony, dining and seating space, an ornate desk and a large bathroom finished with Egyptian alabaster and a Roman-style bath. The VIP suite uses darker wood finishes and has its own private bathroom, while the remaining guest cabins introduce influences ranging from Moroccan styling to Far Eastern decorative themes.

Separate crew accommodation allows up to 10 crew members to support operations and guest service during extended cruising.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 4000 M70) 2,365hp engines, motor yacht Aquamarina is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 69,200 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,300 nautical miles at 11 knots.
