Delivered in 1979, Ark Angel is a 54.96m expedition yacht built by Japanese shipyard Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Harbour Yacht Services, while Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and superstructure she features a 8.6m beam and a 4.5m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 713 GT (Gross Tonnes). The design also incorporates a touch and go heli-pad.
Accommodation
Ark Angel offers accommodation for up to 14 guests in 7 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 VIP cabins, 1 double cabin, 1 twin cabin and 1 single cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 12 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Motor yacht Ark Angel is capable of reaching a top speed of 12 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots. With her 245,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 21,880 nautical miles. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.

In addition, a swim platform is on hand for guests looking to cool off in the sea. The yacht features a tender garage with storage for a range of toys and accessories.
