Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 21'6" beam and a 5'3" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 135 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
Indigo's hull is painted a dark blue, while the superstructure is cream-colored, creating a classic and distinguished appearance. The boot top is white, offering a clean line above the waterline, which is finished in black. This color scheme is designed to be visually striking while maintaining a sense of traditional nautical style. This design ensures that Indigo stands out in any marina, anchorage, or cruising area. The exterior also incorporates built-in bow seating and storage within the Portuguese Bridge, allowing for secure and organized stowage of fenders, lines, and deck gear.
The aft deck is spacious, featuring fixed cockpit bench seating and floating chairs, along with a large settee table that can accommodate around 10 people. A removable sunshade covers the aft deck hardtop back over the swim platform, providing optional shelter from the elements. Two extra-wide sliding doors open to a 5-foot opening into the salon, facilitating easy access and a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Indigo's upper bridge aft deck is equipped with a custom hardtop overhang above a built-in settee, free-floating chairs, and a storage cabinet that houses an ice maker and sink. The 14-foot tender deck is paired with a 1,600-pound telescoping davit, complete with stainless steel dinghy chocks for secure tender storage.
The open sky bridge offers an airy environment with full helm and electronics, making it a favored spot for cruising and observation. The custom hardtop and optional partial enclosure provide protection from the elements, while expansive seating areas ensure comfort for all guests. This feature enables unobstructed views and a direct connection with the surroundings.
Interior Design
The salon is equipped with two large leather couches on the port and starboard sides, each offering ample storage underneath. Free-floating matching chairs and coffee tables complete this welcoming setting. The space also includes a granite-topped wet bar area, a sub-zero refrigerator, a wine cooler, and additional storage. A teak dining table with a custom hutch and entertainment center is positioned forward, creating a comfortable dining experience. Large glass picture windows allow natural light to flood the room, while a single centerline teak ceiling handrail adds safety at sea.
The galley, also known as the Country Kitchen, is a functional and social hub. It features two large U-shaped tables that can seat 10 to 12 people comfortably. These tables can be separated or combined into one large dining area. The galley is equipped with essential appliances and provides ample storage. A new Millet separate heavy-duty washer and dryer are built into a large folding area with extra storage. Pilot doors between the galley and the Country Kitchen facilitate easy access.
The enclosed command bridge deck is another key area, finished in satin teak with high-gloss and teak and holly decks, accented with occasional Burl wood textures and Ultra Leather finishes. The helm offers excellent panoramic views and is equipped with Pomponet double-wide pilot and co-pilot seats. An L-shaped settee with a high-low adjustable table provides 360-degree views and can convert into additional sleeping quarters. The helm area also includes a full en-suite sink, head, and shower.
