The 51.8m expedition yacht Jade 959 was delivered to her owners in 2014 by Jade Yachts. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Espinosa Yacht Design, while Central Yacht is responsible for her interior design.

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement ice class steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 9.5m beam and a 3.04m draft. The yacht is built over 4 decks with an internal volume of 783 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Launched in April 2014 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.

Accommodation

Jade 959 offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites comprising two owners cabins, with at least one cabin located on the main deck, 2 VIP cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 10 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 4000 M70) 2,682hp engines, motor yacht Jade 959 is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 92,030 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,000 nautical miles at 11 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.

Amenities

The yacht features a well-equipped gym, allowing her guests to keep up their fitness regimes at sea. For those needing to take care of work at sea, conference facilities are available to make business on board that much easier. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Crowning the yacht is a spacious sundeck and deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.

A Jacuzzi, Beach Club and ample deck space suited to sunbathing or al fresco dining is on offer outdoors, with a massage room and Zero Speed Stabilizers ensuring the most calming experience whilst staying on Jade 959
