Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 23' beam and a 4'11" draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 290 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

Lady Bahi is a 41.8m (137ft) canoe-stern navy-blue motor yacht that stands out with a commanding presence and classic lines. Her silhouette is unmistakable - the canoe stern rises elegantly above the waterline, giving her a stately look that recalls the golden age of yachting. In 2012, her engines, driveline, quad-fin Naiad Zero Speed Stabilizers, and interior and exterior woodwork were all thoroughly upgraded through a collaborative effort between Kanter Yachts, Rolly Marine, and Rybovich Shipyard.

Boarding from the stern via the hydraulic articulating passerelle reveals a generous air-conditioned aft deck. This main exterior dining space features a panoramic 220-degree view and is fitted with a large oval teak dining table for eight, plus four director-style lounge chairs paired with casual tables to port and starboard. Forward, two bar stations provide ample cold storage - to port, a wine chiller and two refrigeration drawers; to starboard, dual refrigeration banks.

Moving up from the sky lounge, the sundeck offers a raised aft bridge area fitted with a jacuzzi, a barbecue, opposing settees with high-low tables, and overhead sunshade sails. This is a space designed for relaxed entertaining, with sweeping views and plenty of room to socialise. Forward on the sundeck, a 2,268kg (5,000lb) capacity davit is concealed in the mast structure, flanked by tender storage and four sun loungers positioned directly above the pilothouse. Wing stations on either side provide extra docking control, and a companion staircase leads back down to the main deck.

The mid-deck serves as the boat deck, offering multiple tender storage options, again emphasising her credentials as a proper passagemaker. A classic exterior profile meets practical, modern deck functionality - ideal for both private cruising and larger-scale entertaining.

In Lady Bahi’s pilothouse, navigation technology meets commanding 220-degree visibility.

Interior Design

Lady Bahi was designed to blend the charm of yachting’s classic era with modern navigational and hospitality systems. Rich woodwork flows throughout the interior, particularly the main deck where fine joinery is accented by raised-panel walls and pecky cypress coffered ceilings.

Entering from the aft deck brings you into a full-beam galley. This area is both stylish and supremely functional - more akin to a high-end home kitchen than a traditional yacht workspace. Sub-Zero and KitchenAid appliances are integrated throughout, including drawer refrigerators, a wine chiller, a large refrigerator, and a Breeze Air freezer. Twin Wolf ovens, a five-burner cooktop, Sharp microwave, Miele coffee station, Gaggenau dishwasher, and dual deep stainless sinks with brushed nickel Kalia fixtures complete the chef-grade setup. French doors can be closed for added privacy during service.

Forward of the galley, the main salon is divided into two distinct lounge areas. A more intimate grouping sits aft, ideal for welcoming guests, while a larger L-shaped sofa with coffee and end tables occupies the forward portion. A cleverly hidden television retracts behind an artwork panel, and Crestron and Kaleidescape systems manage the yacht-wide AV setup.

A day head is positioned just off the salon, adjacent to a foyer with spiral stairs connecting both upper and lower decks. The skylounge above mirrors the relaxed tone, with twin leather love seats, cocktail tables, and two flat-screen TVs mounted in opposite forward corners. A forward bar includes drawer fridges, a large bin ice maker, sink, and bottle storage - perfect for mixing drinks while under way.

The pilothouse is outfitted with five customisable 53.3cm (21in) screens forming the core of the Intelisea navigation suite. Additional equipment includes Furuno NavNet 3D, Simrad autopilot, Sperry Marine gyrocompass, Garmin GHS VHF radios, a Weems and Plath barometer, and Naiad stabilisers with hydraulic bow and stern thrusters. The helm is framed by wide 220-degree visibility and includes a chart table with settee to port.

Below deck forward is the crew mess, styled like a compact service galley. It includes an L-shaped settee and table, full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, TV, sink, and plentiful storage. A separate laundry area is located nearby, with Miele washer/dryer, ironing station, and additional shelving.

Accommodation

Lady Bahi accommodates eight guests in four exceptionally large staterooms, each with a king-size bed and en-suite. The layout rivals the cabin volume found aboard yachts in the 50m-60m class.

The full-beam master stateroom is located aft on the lower deck and is outfitted with a centreline king-size bed, built-in TV and surround sound, custom drawer storage, and vanity. His and hers wardrobes sit forward, while the en-suite stretches the full beam width with two separate heads joined by a central marble shower. Marble counters, gold fixtures, custom sinks, and rich cabinetry complete the suite’s luxurious detailing.

Forward to port is the VIP cabin, featuring an athwartship king-size bed, port lights with coverings, large hanging closet, and spacious en-suite finished in marble. Two further guest staterooms sit ahead amidships to port and starboard. Both mirror the same layout: athwartship king-size bed, large wardrobes, end tables, TVs, and en-suite bathrooms with marble vanities, walk-in showers, and generous cabinet storage.

Crew accommodations support up to five across three cabins. The captain’s quarters features a queen bed, desk with printer, en-suite with lighted vanity, and shower. Two mirrored crew cabins forward each have over-under berths and private en-suites. The crew mess includes its own galley, dining space, laundry facilities, and entertainment setup - reflecting the same attention to comfort and quality seen throughout the guest areas.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C-18) 575hp engines, motor yacht Lady Bahi is capable of reaching a top speed of 12 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots. With her 6,499 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,500 nautical miles at 10 knots.

Lady Bahi’s full-beam galley feels more like a fine home kitchen than a traditional yacht space.
