The 63.1m motor yacht North Star was delivered to her owners in 2019 by Turkish shipyard Sunrise Yachts. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Espen Oeino, while RWD is responsible for her interior design.

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 11.45m beam and a 3.5m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 1,463 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Launched in January 2019 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in September 2019.

Accommodation

North Star offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 1 VIP cabin, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 17 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 4000 M63) 2,012hp engines, motor yacht North Star is capable of reaching a top speed of 17 knots, and comfortably cruises at 15 knots. With her 120,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,500 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.

Amenities

A gym with all the latest equipment allows her guests to keep their workout routines while at sea. Full cinema facilities ensure five-star entertainment and also a beach club allows for easy access to the water and allows those on board to easily unwind. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. North Star also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.

‘North Star’, guests will love spending time on the sundeck, which offers sumptuous seating and a 4m jacuzzi pool. Those looking to keep up with their fitness regimes will be pleased to discover a waterfront gym set-up in the beach club, and plenty of toys for making the most out of the sea.
