Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 13.2m beam and a 3.45m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 2,300 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

O'Ceanis will combining purposeful geometry with sweeping curves that create a strong sense of movement. Studio Vafiadis’ design language is clear in the layered decks and long, unbroken hull lines that stretch from the plumb bow to a sculpted stern. The hull is finished in a crisp white tone contrasted by dark accents and glazing that wraps the superstructure, visually uniting the decks.

A broad 13.2m (43.3ft) beam gives space for expansive outdoor areas. At the stern, terraces cascade down to a generous swim platform where the beach club opens directly to the sea. This area features a relaxed central lounge, a firepit, and space for a hammock, setting an easy, resort-like tone at the water’s edge. Above, the main deck hosts a striking pool that anchors the aft relaxation zone, surrounded by sunpads and open views aft.

Each level has been designed to balance privacy and openness. The sundeck is dedicated to wellbeing, with a gym, massage room, and shaded seating that maintains a calm, spa-like mood. Forward, a fully certified helipad allows for quick access for guests.

Interior Design

Italian studio Massari Design has crafted O'Ceanis’ interior with a calm, contemporary sensibility that feels sophisticated yet relaxed. The layout flows naturally between generous salons and more intimate corners, unified by a soft palette of neutral tones and tactile natural materials such as marble, wood, and stone. A curved staircase adds a sculptural centerpiece, and the atmosphere is gently illuminated through large panoramic windows that draw light deep into the main deck.

One of the interior’s defining features is a bar carved from natural rock on the upper deck, paired with a floor-to-ceiling wine fridge that reflects both craftsmanship and flair. The main salon is airy and social, while art pieces and subtle textures lend depth and warmth without overstating luxury.

O'Ceanis offers comprising an owners cabin, 2 VIP cabins, 2 double cabins and 2 cabins that can operate as twins or doubles.
