Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and superstructure she features a 10m beam and a 2.4m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 761 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Launched in July 2012 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in August 2012.
Accommodation
Queen Mare offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 VIP cabin, 3 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 12 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Mitsubishi (S16R MPTK) 2,159hp engines, motor yacht Queen Mare is capable of reaching a top speed of 19 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 155,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 5,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
The yacht features a well-equipped gym, allowing her guests to keep up their fitness regimes at sea. In addition, a swim platform is on hand for guests looking to cool off in the sea. The yacht features a tender garage with storage for a range of toys and accessories. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. The sundeck is the social hub of the yacht, with a deck jacuzzi for cooling off and an inviting spread of sunpads.
