Delivered in 2012, Souraya is a 123'10" motor yacht built by Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Francesco Paszkowski Design, while Sanlorenzo is responsible for her naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 26'3" beam and a 7'4" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 314 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in early 2009. This was the fifth yacht built on the SD122 design. Launched in April 2012 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in May 2012.
Accommodation
Souraya offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 8 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C32) 1,624hp engines running at 2rpm, motor yacht Souraya is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 11 knots. With her 9,246 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,000 nautical miles at 11 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Amenities
In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. The yacht features a tender garage with storage for a range of toys and accessories. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Souraya also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
