The new Cruiser 45 VTR and Cruiser 45 VTR EC expand the American builder's VTR range, offering open and enclosed configurations designed for day cruising and extended weekends aboard. Both Cruiser Yachts models feature a 4.2m beam, GRP construction and triple Mercury outboard propulsion.
45 VTR focuses on open-air living
The new Cruisers 45 VTR has been designed around outdoor entertaining, with a single-level cockpit and expansive deck spaces. A large hardtop shelters the central helm and seating area, while reversible helm seats and removable dining tables allow the layout to adapt throughout the day. Aft, the yacht features U-shaped seating that converts into a sunpad, and a folding port-side bulwark extends the usable deck area beside the water, providing additional space for swimming and relaxation.
45 VTR EC introduces enclosed cruising comfort
The Cruisers 45 VTR EC offers an alternative arrangement, introducing a fully enclosed, air-conditioned main-deck cabin. Dual three-panel sliding doors can open forward or aft, connecting the interior with the surrounding deck spaces, while a galley and integrated storage support longer stays aboard. The motor yacht's enclosed configuration provides greater protection from the elements while retaining access to outdoor areas.
Flexible accommodation for overnight cruising
Both the 45 VTR and 45 VTR EC accommodate two guests in one cabin as standard, with optional configurations increasing capacity to four guests across two cabins. Each model includes one guest bathroom, with a second available as an option. The flexible arrangements allow owners to configure either boat for day trips or extended weekends on the water.
Triple Mercury outboards deliver up to 1,200hp
Both models offer triple 300hp Mercury Verado V8 outboards, producing a combined 900hp, or triple 400hp Mercury Verado outboards delivering 1,200hp. Each has a fuel capacity of 1,370 litres and a full-load draft of 1.1m. The 45 VTR has a dry weight of 9,868kg, while the enclosed 45 VTR EC weighs 10,414kg. Maximum speeds and cruising ranges have not yet been specified.
