€1M Price Drop on 48m Feadship Superyacht Kassandra

The 48m superyacht Kassandra has seen a price reduction of €1,050,000 and, according to YachtBuyer MarkeWatch, is currently asking €9,900,000.

Kassandra was delivered in 1989 by Feadship, with naval architecture and exterior design by De Voogt and interiors by Luigi Sturchio. Built for a prominent Greek shipping family, she underwent a significant refit in 2022 and further works in 2023.

Kassandra’s interior presents a contemporary interpretation of her late-1980s build heritage. The main salon on board the yacht for sale is arranged around a large sofa and two armchairs, centered on a crafted coffee table, with wide windows drawing in natural light. Pale wood finishes and neutral fabrics create a calm, bright setting.

One of her defining features is the presence of two separate dining rooms. The first, positioned just off the salon, seats eight around a broad table framed by warm wood paneling that lends a relaxed, chalet-like atmosphere. The second dining room adopts a more formal tone, enhanced by curated artwork and generous glazing that lifts the space during daytime service.

Recent refit works introduced new upholstery throughout guest areas and a new galley installation. Technical systems were also comprehensively addressed, including overhauls of the engines, generators, stabilizers, air conditioning, and navigation equipment, aligning her operational standards with contemporary expectations.

Outdoor areas are arranged for flexible use. The sundeck provides expansive views with ample seating for guests to relax underway or at anchor. On the main aft deck, a large dark wooden table creates a focal point for alfresco dining.

At water level, an extended swim platform and redesigned staircase improve circulation at the stern and facilitate direct access to the refurbished Novamarine 630 tender, which benefits from a newly installed engine. Storage capacity on board the motor yacht for sale supports a broad water toy inventory, while at-anchor stabilizers enhance comfort during extended stays.
