€1M Reduction Announced on 44m Mengi Yay Superyacht Gisa

The 43.5-meter motor yacht Gisa has received a €1,000,000 reduction and is now asking €24,490,000. 

Delivered in 2023, the Mengi Yay motor yacht was built with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure to a design by VYD Studio, with naval architecture from Ginton Naval Architects. 

Design and Construction

The yacht for sale spans three decks with a beam of 8.8 meters, a draft of 2.7 meters, and a volume of 464 GT.

Her exterior profile carries a beige hull, white superstructure, and turquoise boot stripe, complemented by teak decks. A 2025 repaint of the motor yacht for sale refreshed her appearance, underlining her place as one of the yard’s most distinctive recent deliveries.

Outdoor living is a focal point across her expansive decks. A glass-fronted plunge pool sits at the stern beside a beach club with folding wings that extend over the water to increase usable space.

Interiors by VYD Studio reveal a modern monochrome palette, with black lacquered ceilings, marble feature walls, and integrated lighting. Designer furniture pieces are placed to emphasize both comfort and space, while full-height windows create panoramic views and a bright atmosphere throughout the main salon.

Accommodation

Gisa accommodates 10 guests in five cabins. The main-deck master suite spans the full beam and includes statement lighting, his and hers walk-in wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom. 

The lower deck holds a full-beam VIP, two doubles, and one twin cabin, all en suite. Crew quarters provide for seven, including a dedicated captain’s cabin.

Performance

Powered by twin Caterpillar C18 diesel engines, Gisa reaches a top speed of 14 knots and cruises at 11 knots. With a fuel capacity of 43,390 liters, she has a maximum range of 2,300 nautical miles.

Broker's Insight

According to her central agent, Gisa pairs “high-end specifications” with “opulent designer furniture,” a combination that has already earned her nominations at the 2024 World Superyacht Awards and The International Yacht and Aviation Awards. Commercial coding enhances her appeal for both private ownership and charter investment.
