The Oasis 42M is built in Italy by Benetti with a multi-award winning international design team, exterior styling by Redman Whiteley Dixon from the UK and interior design by the USA's Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture. The 42.5m/139'5" superyacht constructed in GRP can sleep up to twelve guests across five cabins. Available with only one option for inboard engines.

First announced to the press in 2025 she will go into development in 2027 and the first model rolled off the production line later the same year.
