Design Collaboration
The yacht unites RWD, Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture, and Pierluigi Ausonio in a continuation of the design language first established on the Benetti Oasis 40M yacht. Yet here, RWD has softened and refined the exterior profile whilst Bonetti/Kozerski has introduced interiors shaped by wellness and unconventional materials, and Ausonio provides the naval architecture. As Enrico Bonetti notes, the 42M develops the fluid layouts and material experimentation that defined the earlier model:
The focus is still on an open and fluid plan, unexpected and consistent materials that gradually progress toward a more refined and tactile quality of details, the deeper you enter the boat.

Exterior and Deck Experience
At the heart of the concept is the enhanced Oasis Deck®, a 100-square-meter aft platform connected directly to the sea. Its focal point is an 8.3-square-meter pool, among the largest in the 40-45 meter segment, which can be enclosed when required. The main deck of the motor yacht flows seamlessly into this space, creating a sense of openeness and connection with the ocean.
Above, the 17.3-meter sundeck is the largest in its class, configured for sunbathing, dining, and entertainment, with options such as a spa pool or bar. A forward lounge offers a third outdoor area, ensuring flexibility across the yacht’s open-air living.
Interior Concept
Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture developed interiors defined by natural and alternative materials, including tiles, metal, and travertine accents. On the Main Deck, four interconnected zones include a panoramic salon, dining space, galley, and a forward area configurable as a gym, spa, or cinema, complete with an optional drop-down terrace.
The Upper Deck of the superyacht houses the 50-square-meter owner’s apartment, which extends to a private 40-square-meter terrace. Large windows frame the space, emphasizing natural light and privacy. Alternative layouts allow for a main deck owner’s suite or a Sky Lounge, with all options pre-engineered to support tailored configurations.
Guest Accommodation
The Oasis 42M accommodates 10 guests across five ensuite cabins, with an option for 12. The arrangement includes a full-beam master, two VIP cabins, one double, and one twin.
Technical Advances
Constructed in GRP for both hull and superstructure, the Oasis 42M measures 42.5 meters overall with an 8.5-meter beam and draft of 2.05 meters.
Performance is set around efficiency, with a maximum range of 4,000 nautical miles at 10 knots. Propulsion integrates a data-driven engineering package to reduce fuel consumption and emissions, while an optional Siemens E-Mode hybrid system supports low-impact cruising. The yacht also meets the 3-star Sea Index rating for sustainability.
