Design & Construction
Designed around a planing aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 27'3" beam and a 6'3" draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 399 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in mid 2008 with the keel laid under the project name 'Vanquish'. This was the fifth yacht built on the PJ 150 design. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
Accommodation
Five offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 8 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V4000M90) 16-cylinder 3,647hp engines running at 2100rpm, motor yacht Five is capable of reaching a top speed of 26 knots, and comfortably cruises at 20 knots. With her 9,206 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 850 nautical miles at 22 knots making her well capable of long range and transatlantic voyages. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
Amenities
The yacht features a well-equipped gym, allowing her guests to keep up their fitness regimes at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Five also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
