The 49m motor yacht Vandik is being constructed by American shipyard Palmer Johnson and is due to be delivered in 2027. Palmer Johnson's team has created the interior and exterior design of the superyacht, alongside her naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a fast displacement carbon fibre hull and superstructure she features a 11m beam and a 2.1m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 500 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the second yacht built on the 48M SuperSport design.
Accommodation
Vandik offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M94) 2,600hp engines, motor yacht Vandik is capable of reaching a top speed of 30 knots, and comfortably cruises at 28 knots. With her 40,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,500 nautical miles at 24 knots.
