Design & Construction

Designed around a planing fiberglass hull and a GRP superstructure she features a 6.68m beam and a 2.13m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 90 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

The 26.82m (88ft) Sunseeker yacht Hideout was delivered in 2024 as part of the British builder’s updated 88 Yacht series. Designed entirely in-house, the yacht combines aggressive sport yacht styling with the larger-volume design language introduced on Sunseeker’s newer Ocean and Yacht models.

The profile is defined by long angular glazing sections that cut sharply through the hull sides and superstructure. These black window bands create strong visual contrast against the white hull while also pulling natural light deep into the lower deck cabins and main salon. The glazing treatment gives the yacht a far more sculpted and graphic appearance than earlier Sunseeker flybridge designs.

From side-on views, the superstructure appears pushed forward across the hull platform, which visually lengthens the aft deck areas and increases internal volume. A sweeping black structural arch rises from the side decks into the hardtop, helping tie the flybridge visually into the rest of the profile while reinforcing the yacht’s sporty stance.

The bow remains low and streamlined with a modern aggressive sheer line and heavily raked windscreen. Large sections of dark glazing wrap around the bridge structure and create a floating roof effect beneath the hardtop.

Hideout’s exterior spaces focus heavily on open-air social use. The foredeck incorporates a Portuguese bridge arrangement with integrated lounge seating and sunpads, creating a sheltered gathering area forward rather than a purely decorative bow space.

Aft, the yacht features Sunseeker’s X-TEND seating system, which allows the transom seating to transform between cockpit seating and a lower beach-club-style lounge facing the water. The stern platform itself forms a dedicated beach club area complete with rain shower facilities and toy storage.

The expansive flybridge acts as the yacht’s primary outdoor entertainment deck and includes multiple lounge zones beneath a minimalist hardtop structure. The layout supports optional features including an infinity spa bath and aft sunpad area, while the glass aft rail maintains open views across the stern.

Wide side decks and substantial guardrails improve circulation around the yacht and support the more user-friendly approach Sunseeker has increasingly integrated into its larger models.

Accommodation

Hideout accommodates up to eight guests across four cabins, with additional accommodation for four crew members.

The full-beam owner’s suite includes a dressing area, extensive storage and a double-sink en suite bathroom fitted with an overhead rain shower.

Guest accommodation is arranged across three additional staterooms, creating a practical four-cabin layout suited to private cruising or guest entertaining.

Crew accommodation for four supports onboard service while maintaining separation from the guest areas.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 2000 M96) 1,950hp engines, motor yacht Hideout is capable of reaching a top speed of 32 knots, and comfortably cruises at 26 knots. With her 11,004 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,300 nautical miles at an economic speed of 12 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
