Love is a 79.75m motor yacht due to be delivered by Dutch shipyard Feadship in 2026. De Voogt is responsible for her naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 13.5m beam and a 3.3m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 2,450 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in August 2026 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.
Exterior Design
Love has a very clean, almost architectural profile, with most of her visual weight kept low and the upper decks stepping back gradually as they move aft. The bow is close to vertical and unusually tall, giving the forward end a strong, almost sheer-sided presence, while the long foredeck keeps the superstructure well back from the stem.
That shift rearwards does a lot for the proportions. Three broad bands of dark glazing run through the superstructure and help break up the yacht’s 2,450GT volume, while the uppermost decks taper in more gently instead of piling straight upwards. From the side, Love looks long and level through the hull, with very little visual fuss below the main deck.
The foredeck is one of the clearest parts of the design now that the yacht has emerged properly. It is broad, open and relatively uncluttered, with the guest and technical functions still undisclosed. Aft, the decks become more layered, with each level pulled back slightly farther than the one below and large open sections left around the stern. The overall effect is quite restrained for an 80m yacht.
