Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 15m beam and a 3.9m draft. The yacht is built over 4 decks with an internal volume of 3,420 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in early 2023 with the keel laid under the project name 'Jassi'. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in February 2026 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in June 2026.
Exterior Design
At 102.4m (335.9ft), Nixie belongs to a new generation of large Lürssen yachts that use proportion and surface treatment to create presence rather than relying on visual complexity.
Designed by RWD, the yacht has an exceptionally long, low profile for her length. The foredeck stretches well forward of the superstructure, allowing the upper decks to sit further aft and creating a strong sense of balance across the entire silhouette. Combined with the fine entry and pronounced bow flare, Nixie appears elegant and refined.
One of the defining features is the way the decks are layered. Each level projects slightly beyond the one beneath it, creating a sequence of broad overhangs that provide shade while giving the superstructure a light, floating appearance. This effect is strengthened by the dark glazing that wraps continuously around each deck level.
Large sections of curved glass run almost uninterrupted from bow to stern, bringing natural light deep into the interior while maintaining uninterrupted views across the water. The technical equipment has been carefully grouped within a slender central mast, allowing the upper profile to remain clean and uncluttered.
Aft, the decks cascade gently towards the sea through a series of curved terraces, each creating a distinct outdoor destination. The arrangement centres around a 7.5m (24.6ft) glass-bottom infinity pool before stepping down to the 126m² (1,356ft²) beach club, where fold-down balconies create a direct connection with the water. Forward, the commercial-certified helipad also serves as a recreational sports court, making full use of one of the yacht's largest open deck spaces.
Interior Design
RWD has carried the calm architectural language of the exterior into an interior built around light, natural materials and generous volume. Full-height glazing floods the living spaces with daylight, while a restrained palette of light oak, travertine, Calacatta marble, bouclé and nubuck leather creates a relaxed atmosphere more often associated with a contemporary waterfront home than a yacht of this size.
Rather than relying on decorative detail, the interior focuses on craftsmanship and sculptural forms. A sweeping travertine spiral staircase links the guest decks as both a circulation route and an architectural centrepiece, while bespoke furniture and individually selected marble slabs ensure each space has its own identity. A guest elevator serves every deck, making movement throughout the yacht effortless.
The layout separates social and private spaces with remarkable clarity. The owner's deck combines a formal dining room, sky lounge, bar and several outdoor seating areas around the owner's private apartment, while the main deck offers a more relaxed family lounge that connects naturally with the aft terraces and pool. This layered arrangement allows different groups to enjoy the yacht simultaneously without feeling crowded.
Accommodation
Nixie offers accommodation for up to 20 guests in 10 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 VIP cabins, 4 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 34 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Leisure & Entertainment
Nixie has been arranged so that each deck offers a different style of entertaining. The bridge deck combines relaxed seating around a fire pit with an outdoor cinema, while a dedicated indoor cinema provides a more immersive viewing experience regardless of the weather.
The Owner's deck balances formal and informal entertaining with multiple lounges, bars and dining areas, including a dedicated teppanyaki station that brings chefs into the centre of the experience. On the main deck, the aft terraces revolve around the infinity pool, with generous lounging areas and an extendable dining table capable of seating up to 22 guests.
The commercial-certified helipad doubles as a recreational sports court when aircraft are not in use, adding another large open space for guest activities without compromising the yacht's operational capability.
Wellness
Wellbeing sits at the heart of Nixie's layout, with facilities spread across several decks rather than concentrated in a single spa area.
The sundeck is dedicated to relaxation, with a spa incorporating a sauna, steam room, massage room and beauty salon. Aft, the atmosphere shifts towards open-air leisure with a jacuzzi, sun loungers and shaded seating areas overlooking the sea.
Below, the 144m² (1,550ft²) gym rivals many private fitness clubs. Two fold-down balconies bring fresh air into the training space, while a steam shower and cryotherapy chamber support post-workout recovery. At the water's edge, the 126m² (1,356ft²) beach club provides another place to unwind, with a bar, lounge and dining area opening directly onto the sea through twin folding terraces.
Tenders
Nixie carries an extensive collection of tenders and water toys to match her charter ambitions. Guest transfers are handled by either a 34ft Scorpion or a 34ft Hodgdon limousine tender, supported by additional RIBs and a dedicated ski boat for watersports.
The toy inventory includes jet skis, Seabobs, Fliteboards and a wide selection of towable inflatables, together with an inflatable dock, jellyfish pool and blob launcher that extend the beach club well beyond the swim platform. The yacht also operates an approved RYA watersports centre, supported by a crew of 34 whose specialist roles cover hospitality, wellness and watersports instruction.
