About
Accommodation
The tri-deck design creates two dedicated lounges on the main and upper decks with the main deck salon the bigger but the upper skylounge delivering superb views and more privacy. Large glass sections flank each salon, and both connect to its own aft deck.
The exact layout of the sky lounge is very much left to the Owner’s taste and needs, with everything from a straightforward social area to a full gym possible.
As a pilothouse design, the Fast 125 has a highly professional helm station on the upper deck, including the Captain’s cabin and office. The finish is warm and nautical with a central helm seat for the skipper and guest or crew seating behind. There is a door to the foredeck and easy access to the bridge from any part of the yacht.
The main deck Owner’s stateroom is a real superyacht feature, the elevated position creating better views and a sense of privacy and distance from the four guest cabins below decks.
The en suite is sited right forward in the bows, leaving the wider part of the yacht for the cabin itself, with space for a study and walk-in closet. There is also the option of a spectacular fold-down balcony.
The guest cabins are all en suite with two doubles and two twins as standard, but options are available.
The crew quarters lie forward on the lower deck, with six berths across three cabins and a mess area.
On Deck
The tri-deck design delivers three desperate decks with two terraces of aft deck for dining and lounges, as well as a full sundeck at the very top of the yacht.
On each deck the exact layout and finish can be modified to suit the Owner. With so much space to play with on the sun deck your options are myriad with space for a bar, lounge, dining table, Jacuzzi and free deck area for loungers. A hardtop and sunroof create shade and privacy when needed and also some great mood lighting at night.
The private upper deck aft runs off the sky lounge and is a great place for family and friends to gather to dine or just hang out. There is also an impressive, tiered forward lounge making a very private retreat when moored stern-to in port and an exciting seat when the yacht is underway.
The main difference is created by the drives, the sterndrive Sunseeker has its tender garage in the stern, with the Benetti’s aft-sited pod drives pushing the tender garage forward of the engine bay.
Amenities & Tenders
The Azipod drive system pushes the engines further aft, creating space forward of the engine bay for the tender garage. Here, a RIB and PWC can be stowed, with the garage door opening on the starboard side, megayacht style.
Performance & Capabilities
This Fast 125 handles performance a little differently, employing pod drives instead of shafts for its 24knot top speed along with Benetti’s self-titled D2P (displacement to planing) shallow draft hull design which claims to aid slow speed efficiency.
The 125’s 1750nm range comes from 25,000l tanks, which is not noticeably better than the competition, but it does need less horsepower for its 24knots, with twin 2600hp MTU 16V 2000 M94 engines delivering the goods where others might need twin 3000hp engines to get past 20knots. There is also a twin 1900hp MTU option that is more cruising focused.
From The Manufacturer
The sporty exterior styling of the Fast 125 by Stefano Righini features horizontal windows to give the yacht an even more sleek and streamlined appearance.
The open decks are divided into four separate areas. On the Lower Deck, the swim platform has its own bar area, while the garage, which can accommodate a tender and two jet skis, has a side opening to leave the stern area completely free.
The big bow area on the Upper Deck, furnished with sofas, sun loungers and a Jacuzzi hydromassage tub, when taken together with the extensive Sun Deck and the beach area, all contribute to making sure that the outdoor spaces on the yacht are used to the full.
The interior layout has been designed to accommodate ten guests in five cabins, with an owner’s suite, three double cabins, and a cabin with twin beds plus a third if needed. The crew area can sleep up to seven people.
The style chosen for the interiors is the AIR option, the most forward-looking of the three versions designed by RWD, and the varieties of wood used are eucalyptus and tay.
