More Details

Delivered in 2018, Aldebaran III is a 33.23m open yacht for sale built by Italian shipyard Pershing. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Fulvio de Simoni, while Pershing is responsible for her naval architecture.

Key Features

  • 42-knot top speed
  • Shallow 1.8m (5.9ft) draft
  • 33.2m (108.9ft) Pershing 108 yacht
  • Main deck owner’s suite

Design & Construction

Designed around a planing composite hull and a GRP superstructure she features a 6.7m beam and a 1.83m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 178 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the fifth yacht built on the Pershing 108 design.

Exterior Design

The 33.2m (108.9ft) Pershing 108 Aldebaran III has the low, aggressive profile that defines Pershing’s larger performance yachts. Designed by Fulvio De Simoni, the yacht uses a sharply raked bow, flowing sheerline and low superstructure to create a shape that looks fast even at anchor. Her metallic “Anniversary Silver” paint strengthens the aerospace-inspired styling and gives the yacht a distinct identity against the more common white finishes found in this sector.

The profile stays exceptionally lean for a yacht with this level of interior volume. The superstructure avoids stacked deck levels in favour of sweeping curves and dark glazing that stretch almost continuously from the windscreen aft. Large wing-like structural haunches frame the cockpit and help tie the flybridge, aft deck and hull sides into one uninterrupted form.

Outdoor spaces focus heavily on speedboat-style living. The aft cockpit combines sunpads, lounge seating and direct access to the hydraulic swim platform, while the foredeck has an additional al fresco dining area shaded by a removable Bimini. Above, the concealed sport-flybridge integrates into the roofline rather than sitting prominently on top of the yacht, so the profile remains low and aerodynamic.

One of the standout exterior details is the hidden tender garage arrangement. The hydraulic platform and aft hatch open to reveal storage for a Williams tender and two Seadoos while keeping the stern visually clean when closed. Sliding glass doors and drop-down windows also allow the cockpit and saloon to merge into one large entertainment area.

Interior Design

Aldebaran III carries the same modern, performance-led approach inside, though the atmosphere softens through muted tones, integrated lighting and carefully balanced materials. Fulvio De Simoni designed the interior around clean geometry and uninterrupted surfaces rather than heavy detailing, so the spaces feel contemporary without becoming stark.

The main saloon follows an open-plan arrangement with an L-shaped leather sofa facing a concealed drop-down television and surround sound system. Forward, a dining table seats eight guests beneath subtle recessed lighting and slim ceiling strips that visually lengthen the room. Large side windows flood the saloon with natural light and soften the darker flooring and monochrome palette.

Throughout the yacht, varnished finishes, pale leather upholstery and integrated lighting create a calm, almost architectural atmosphere. Cabin walls trimmed in Fendi leather introduce texture without overpowering the space, while the restrained colour scheme keeps the focus on volume and light.

The transition between interior and exterior areas is particularly strong aboard this model. Sliding glass doors and drop-down cockpit windows allow the saloon to open fully aft, turning the main deck into a connected indoor-outdoor social space. The fourth guest cabin has been converted into a gym.

Accommodation

Aldebaran III accommodates up to eight guests across four cabins, while separate crew quarters support a crew of five. The arrangement balances high-speed cruising practicality with comfortable long-range stays.

The owner’s suite sits on the main deck and benefits from the yacht’s full beam and elevated position. Large windows draw in natural light, while Fendi leather wall detailing, integrated entertainment systems and contemporary finishes give the cabin a polished but restrained feel. The en suite bathroom continues the yacht’s monochrome styling with clean lines and modern fittings.

Guest accommodation below includes a VIP suite, one double cabin and one twin cabin, all en suite and fitted with entertainment systems. The fourth cabin currently functions as a gym, though the original furniture remains in storage for reconversion back into a guest cabin if required.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by 3 x diesel MTU (16V2000M96L) 2,638hp engines, motor yacht Aldebaran III is capable of reaching a top speed of 42 knots, and comfortably cruises at 37 knots. With her 12,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 345 nautical miles at 37 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
