Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 9.6m beam and a 2.45m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 499 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the eighth yacht built on the 500Exp design. Launched in May 2026 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Sanlorenzo's La Spezia yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners.
Exterior Design
Casa F is a 47m (154ft) Sanlorenzo 500 EXP, and the design leans into full explorer proportions with a high freeboard, long aft deck and a strong, upright bow. The steel hull and aluminium superstructure give it the look and function of a long-range vessel, while the dark hull and light superstructure create a clear visual split across the profile.
The aft deck is a defining space, and it stretches wide and flat across the stern, so it can carry large tenders or convert into a social deck when cleared. A heavy-duty crane supports launch and recovery, and the structure is also rated for touch-and-go helicopter use, which adds another layer of flexibility.
At water level, the transom opens to form a beach club, and this links directly to fold-out platforms on either side, so the connection to the sea feels open rather than enclosed. This area also integrates a bar, gym and hammam, so it works as a full lower-deck living zone rather than just a swim platform.
Above, the decks step up cleanly. The bridge deck aft holds a dining and lounge area with more privacy, while the sundeck adds a glass-sided jacuzzi and open seating. Forward, the foredeck is kept practical for storage and anchoring gear, although it still allows space for loose seating when not in use. Across the yacht, wide walkways and high bulwarks support safe movement, while also reinforcing the explorer feel.
Interior Design
The interior follows a modern, restrained style by Francesco Paszkowski, with a focus on space, light and clear sightlines. Large windows run along the main and upper decks, so natural light reaches deep into the saloon and lounge areas.
The main saloon sits on the main deck with a full-beam layout, and it connects directly to the aft deck, so indoor and outdoor use flows easily. Finishes stay contemporary, with a neutral palette that supports long stays onboard without feeling heavy.
On the upper deck, the skylounge adds a second interior living space, and in this case it includes sliding window-doors that open onto side balconies, so the space can shift between enclosed lounge and open terrace. This adds flexibility as well as ventilation, especially in warmer climates.
Accommodation
Superyacht Casa F accommodates up to 10 guests across five cabins, and she also carries up to 10 crew to support full-service operation.
The owner’s suite sits forward on the main deck and uses the full beam, while a private fold-down balcony adds direct access to the sea as well as extra light. The remaining accommodation sits on the lower deck, with two VIP cabins and two twin cabins, so the layout suits mixed groups or families.
Performance & Capabilities
Motor yacht Casa F is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 11 knots. With her 50,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,000 nautical miles.
