Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement steel hull and superstructure she features a 8.5m beam and a 2.4m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 209 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
Empire Sea's profile reflects the priorities of long-range cruising, with a high flared bow, deep hull and a stepped superstructure rising toward the flybridge.
The white hull carries a line of rectangular hull ports serving the lower deck cabins, while large angled windows wrap around the pilothouse and upper deck lounge. The forward section of the superstructure features raked bridge glazing beneath a broad brow, giving the yacht a purposeful offshore look.
The foredeck extends well forward of the superstructure and includes a circular Jacuzzi set into the deck just ahead of the pilothouse. Stainless railings surround the bow area, creating a large open space for seating or sun pads.
Wide side decks run aft along both sides of the superstructure and lead back toward the cockpit. This aft deck is arranged as a working area suited to fishing and water activities.
Above, the flybridge sits beneath a fibreglass hardtop supported by a radar arch carrying domes and antennas. The deck includes lounge seating, a large sun pad aft and open views across the surrounding water.
Interior Design
The interior of Empire Sea is arranged around a traditional long-range yacht layout with a main saloon on the main deck and a skylounge above.
The main saloon provides the primary living space with lounge seating arranged around the entertainment system and views through large windows along both sides of the room.
Above, the skylounge forms a second gathering space with seating areas and a full bar. The room also functions as an entertainment area, fitted with a large television and integrated sound system along with gaming consoles and multimedia equipment.
The skylounge can also convert into an additional guest suite when required, adding flexibility to the accommodation layout.
Accommodation
Empire Sea accommodates up to eight guests across four cabins.
The owner’s suite provides the primary cabin while two additional double cabins and a convertible guest cabin offer flexible sleeping arrangements. Each cabin includes its own ensuite bathroom along with integrated entertainment systems and televisions.
The convertible cabin can be arranged to suit different guest configurations, while the skylounge also has the option to convert into a VIP suite when required.
She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3412) 1,400hp engines, motor yacht Empire Sea is capable of reaching a top speed of 14 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 50,596 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,750 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots.
