The 27.6m motor yacht Mia Rocca IX was delivered to her owners in 2011 by Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Francesco Paszkowski Design, while Sanlorenzo is responsible for her naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.15m beam and a 2m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 144 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the sixteenth yacht built on the SD92 design. Launched in June 2011 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Sanlorenzo's La Spezia yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners.
Accommodation
Mia Rocca IX offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 double cabin and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 3 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MAN (V12-CR1200) 1,200hp engines, motor yacht Mia Rocca IX is capable of reaching a top speed of 17 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
