The 31.4m motor yacht Picosa Lady was delivered to her owners in 2001 by West Bay SonShip. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Jack Sarin Naval Architects, while Glade Johnson Design is responsible for her interior design.

Key Features

  • Raised pilothouse design
  • Twin MTU diesel engines
  • Flybridge entertainment deck
  • Large aft deck dining

Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.3m beam and a 1.7m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 125 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the third yacht built on the WestBay 103 design.

Exterior Design

Picosa Lady is a 31.4m (103ft) West Bay SonShip motor yacht built in Canada with naval architecture and exterior styling by Jack Sarin Naval Architects. The yacht follows the raised pilothouse profile strongly associated with West Bay’s Pacific Northwest cruising heritage, combining practical long-range proportions with softer luxury yacht detailing.

The profile carries a long, balanced line from bow to stern, with a gently raked bow, high bulwarks, and a broad beam carried well aft into the superstructure. Large dark-tinted windows break up the white topsides and bring more natural light into the guest areas, while the rounded forward edge of the pilothouse softens what is otherwise a purposeful, substantial-looking yacht.

The wide 7.3m (24ft) beam shapes much of the exterior arrangement. The aft deck stretches almost the full width of the yacht and has enough room for multiple seating areas and dining for eight beneath the upper deck overhang. Curved staircases descend from both sides toward the swim platform, giving the stern a softer flowing look while improving access to the water.

Above, the flybridge functions as a second outdoor living space. The hardtop shades the helm and central seating areas, while additional lounge space aft creates room for open-air dining and entertaining. A four-stool bar, integrated seating, and tender handling systems all sit within the upper deck arrangement without making the space feel crowded. The yacht also carries a 2,500lb MarQuipt crane for tender operations on the boat deck.

Accommodation

Picosa Lady offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Motor yacht Picosa Lady is capable of reaching a top speed of 23 knots, and comfortably cruises at 18 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
