- Aft deck infinity pool
- Expandable aft deck with side balconies
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-planing aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 8m beam and a 2.3m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 299 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the first yacht built on the Atlantique 38M design. Launched in March 2026 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.
Exterior Design
The profile stretches into a long, low line, and the superstructure sits lightly on the hull while dark glazing bands run almost the full length of the yacht. These bands visually connect the decks and lengthen the silhouette, so the yacht appears more elongated than its 38m platform might suggest. The upper deck roof also extends outward to provide shade across the aft terraces, while keeping the surrounding deck edges open to the sea.
A large portion of the outdoor life concentrates at the stern. The aft deck steps down toward a water-level terrace, and a swimming pool sits just forward of the beach area. Folding platforms extend out to each side as well, so the stern transforms into a wide lounge space close to the water. Above this level, the main deck aft provides a sheltered seating and dining area, and the overhang from the upper deck gives shade while still keeping views open across the wake.
The upper deck introduces another open-air lounge, and loose seating groups arrange around low tables to create a relaxed outdoor living space. The deckhouse roof shades this area while glass bulwarks keep sightlines uninterrupted. As a result the terrace feels open yet protected, and it functions as a quieter space above the activity of the aft deck.
Forward, the foredeck forms a separate relaxation zone. Built-in seating wraps around the bow while sunpads stretch along the centreline, and low bulwarks provide shelter from wind while keeping the view forward clear. Wide side decks connect this area to the aft terraces as well, so movement along the yacht remains uninterrupted.
Interior Design
The interior of Principessa Capricciosa also comes from Hot Lab, and the design follows the same architectural approach as the exterior. Clean lines shape the spaces while large windows bring natural light deep into the yacht, and the result is an interior that feels open and calm rather than heavily decorated.
The main deck saloon sits behind full-height glazing, and these windows stretch across much of the superstructure so the sea remains visible from nearly every seating position. Sofas and lounge chairs gather around a central coffee table while built-in cabinetry lines the forward bulkhead, and this wall also integrates entertainment systems and storage.
The arrangement flows naturally forward into the formal dining area, which sits close to the forward windows. This placement allows guests to dine with open views across the bow while maintaining a clear circulation path along the side decks. The layout therefore keeps the space functional for both everyday use and larger gatherings.
Warm wood panelling lines the walls and cabinetry while lighter fabrics appear across the sofas and soft furnishings, so the contrast adds warmth without overwhelming the space. Stone surfaces also appear in key areas, and the mix of materials keeps the interior contemporary but relaxed.
