Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 9.4m beam and a 3.1m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 498 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
Exterior Design
Project Zembra is a 46.3m (152ft) full-displacement explorer yacht from Delta Marine, with a profile that leans toward function first, then adds sharp detailing to keep it visually clean. The metallic Arizona bronze paint gives the hull a solid, almost industrial tone, while the dark glazing and horizontal deck lines break up the volume.
From the profile, the bow is upright and full, which suits long-range cruising and adds internal volume forward. The superstructure steps back in clear tiers, with long overhangs that create shade across each deck. Cut-down bulwarks run along key sections of the side decks, opening up sightlines to the water and reducing the sense of enclosure when moving around the yacht.
The bridge deck carries a working edge. A 3,500lb (1,588kg) boom crane is mounted here, sized to handle an Icon A5 amphibious aircraft and a three-person U-Boat Worx submersible. This sets the tone for the whole build. Deck space is not only for leisure, it is set up for launch and recovery of equipment.
Aft, the layout keeps things open for tender use and water access, supported by a Williams Jet Tender for short runs ashore. The overall arrangement reads as practical and direct, with fewer decorative features and more clear working zones across the decks.
Interior Design
The interior is shaped by owner input, with Roger Thomas and Woogmaster Studio working alongside Delta Design Group. The focus stays on usability over visual excess, with layouts that support longer stays on board rather than short trips.
An elevator connects all decks, which changes how the yacht works day to day. Movement between levels stays easy, and the design also supports guests with reduced mobility, including a wheelchair-accessible guest cabin on the lower deck.
Climate control and onboard comfort are handled with a 45-ton Dometic air conditioning system, sized for warm-weather cruising. Quantum zero-speed stabilisers manage movement at anchor, which matters on a yacht set up for extended time away from marinas.
The design direction is steady and practical, shaped by owners who have spent time on previous yachts and know what works over longer passages.
Accommodation
Project Zembra accommodates guests across five staterooms, with a full-beam master suite on the main deck. This position gives the owner direct access to main living areas and forward views.
Guest cabins sit on the lower deck, including one designed for wheelchair access, which ties into the wider accessibility plan on board. The layout supports mixed guest groups without forcing a fixed arrangement.
She is also capable of carrying up to 10 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
