Delivered in 2011, Vav is a 28.5m motor yacht built by Italian shipyard Benetti. The yacht's exteriors have been penned by Stefano Righini, while Carlo Galeazzi has designed her interiors.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.03m beam and a 2.13m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 152 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the first yacht built on the Delfino 93' design. She was completed at Benetti's Viareggio yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners.
Accommodation
Vav offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 3 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin MTU (8V2000 M72) 966hp engines running at 2250rpm, motor yacht Vav is capable of reaching a top speed of 14 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. With her 16,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,500 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Amenities
The yacht features a tender garage with storage for a range of toys and accessories. The sundeck is the social hub of the yacht, with a deck jacuzzi for cooling off and an inviting spread of sunpads.
