The LongIsland 40 Runabout combines a stylish design with high performance and state of the art technology. The LongIsland 40 Runabout also offers the pleasure of open boating with spacious accommodation below decks. The open bridge deck and large cockpit area are designed to enjoy open boating in comfort and style. Below decks the master cabin with its island bed and the guest cabin with a double bed offer sleeping accommodation for four. There is also a lounge area and bathroom with separate shower area.
The helm station is located on the bridge deck and has a classic design but state of the arte dashboard. The dinette is well protected by the windscreen and has the well equipped galley close by. The bridge deck is equipped with a well equipped galley is located on the bridge deck opposite the dinette. The spacious open aft cockpit with ample seating and lounging accommodation offers all the pleasures of open boating.
The deep V hull of the LongIsland 40 Runabout is designed to travel comfortably at high speed. Much attention has been paid to seaworthiness and fuel efficiency. The standard engine option is twin Yanmar 315 hp units onto shaft drives. Upgrading to the optional twin Volvo IPS 600 enables the boat to reach speeds of over 40 knots.
The 40 Runabout offers the pleasure of open boating combined with comfortable accommodation for 4, powerful engine options and classic looks with cutting-edge technology.

The convertible top over the bridge deck guarantees that trips under less favorable weather conditions can still be made in comfort.

The whole interior is finished in bright teak and off-white painted carpentry work to superyacht standards.
