Measuring 27 metres in length, Turkish shipyard Numarine has developed the Numarine 27 XP Open, which features naval architecture and exterior design by Umberto Tagliavini with interiors by Can Yalman. The model showcases expedition-style cruising credentials, contemporary onboard living, and flexible accommodation.
Outdoor living at the heart of the design
Designed to maximise time spent outdoors, the motor yacht introduces a series of social spaces arranged across multiple deck levels. One of the standout areas onboard is the raised bow lounge, where seating has been elevated to provide uninterrupted views of the surrounding coastline and horizon while underway or at anchor. The explorer yacht also features an expansive flybridge that serves as a primary entertaining space, offering generous room for lounging, dining and enjoying panoramic views. Visitors attending the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026 will have the opportunity to explore these outdoor living areas firsthand when the model makes its global debut.
Seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces
A key feature of the explorer yacht is its approach to indoor-outdoor living. The main salon has been designed with aft and side-opening doors that create a direct connection to the exterior decks, allowing natural light and sea breezes to flow throughout the main deck. This arrangement helps blur the distinction between interior and exterior spaces, creating a more open atmosphere while maintaining the comfort expected of a modern cruising yacht. Accommodation is configured for up to eight guests in four ensuite cabins, including a full-beam master suite, two VIP cabins and a convertible twin cabin.
Long-range explorer yacht capability
Built in FRP with a displacement hull, the yacht has been developed to support extended cruising adventures. The yacht offers a range of up to 2,200 nautical miles at 8 knots, allowing owners to undertake longer passages while retaining the comfort and amenities associated with luxury yacht ownership. Powered by twin MAN D2676 LE435 engines producing 560hp each, the boat reaches a top speed of 13.5 knots and cruises comfortably at 12 knots. The 150GT platform provides substantial onboard volume while maintaining the efficient cruising characteristics that define Numarine's explorer yacht range.

Expanding Numarine's explorer yacht portfolio
The new model joins Numarine's established XP explorer yacht range, which includes models such as the 22XP, 26XP and 37XP. The platform has already demonstrated strong appeal among owners, with the first 27XP explorer yacht Maske delivered to a returning Numarine client.
