44m Heesen 4400 Superyacht G3 Sold

The 44-metre Heesen superyacht G3 has been sold, with Tassos Papantoniou of Torrance Yachts representing the buyer in the transaction.

Delivered in 2008 by Dutch shipyard Heesen, G3 was built as the Sibelle and forms part of the Heesen 4400 series. The yacht was designed entirely in-house by Heesen, with exterior styling and interior design developed in collaboration with Omega Architects, while naval architecture was completed by the builder. Constructed with an aluminium hull and superstructure, the 458GT yacht combines sporty exterior lines with long-range cruising capability across a three-deck platform.

G3's sale marks the brokerage’s second Heesen 4400 series sale of 2026, following the sale of the 50m superyacht Mouna, formerly known as Bijin in January. The interior of the motor yacht is centred around an open-plan main saloon, where the dining area was repositioned aft to create a stronger connection with the exterior deck spaces. Finished in a neutral palette with pale wood cladding throughout, the guest areas present a contemporary and understated atmosphere designed for relaxed cruising, while a sit-up bar within the saloon provides a more informal social space. Large windows bring natural light throughout the interior, and amenities stand out, including a beach club, shared-space gym and a large outdoor cinema screen positioned on the sundeck for movie nights under the stars.

Externally, the yacht features a silver-grey hull accented by red and black bootstripes, paired with a white superstructure and elongated bow profile characteristic of the Heesen 4400 platform. The exterior decks have been configured around outdoor entertaining, with the aft deck offering lounge seating close to the water and the bridge deck arranged with a sheltered dining table for 10 guests illuminated by miniature overhead spotlights. The sundeck serves as a central leisure space, incorporating a forward Jacuzzi surrounded by sunpads alongside casual seating and additional loungers aft, while the foredeck was enhanced during the refit to accommodate the yacht’s Williams sports jet tender and water toys.

Accommodation onboard the boat is arranged for up to 10 guests across five suites, including a full-beam owner’s suite positioned on the main deck complete with a private office that can also function as a children’s cabin or massage room with two Pullman berths. Guest accommodation on the lower deck comprises two double cabins and two convertible twin/double cabins, offering flexible arrangements for different guest groups, while separate quarters accommodate a crew of up to nine.

Powered by twin 3,600hp MTU 16V 4000 M90 diesel engines, G3 is capable of reaching a top speed of 23 knots while cruising comfortably at 17 knots. With a fuel capacity of 69,000 litres, the yacht has a reported maximum range of 2,950 nautical miles. Her semi-displacement aluminium hull was developed to balance interior volume with the faster cruising speeds associated with Heesen’s performance-focused designs.

G3 has been sold by Torrance Yachts, with Tassos Papantoniou representing the buyer in the transaction, at a last known asking price of €11,750,000.
