On Deck
Stepping aboard the CDM RJ150, you get a sense of both luxury and practicality right away. The cockpit welcomes you with a huge centre staircase that’s hard to miss. It’s a big, flexible area with loose furniture, which is a trend these days. You can shuffle things around as you want, even bring out a dining table and chairs, or keep it totally open for gatherings. The stern lines run all the way down to the bottom part and pop out at the swim platform, a detail that’s clever and neat.
Head up to the sundeck and you drop right into pampering mode. Up forward sits a hot tub/plunge pool, very private even in a marina. Sun loungers flank either side. The construction up here is super well executed, with real gaskets for the cabinetry and clever little scoops to keep water out of the storage spaces, making maintenance easier and extending longevity. L-shaped settees and a big bar (with a wood finish that feels organic and looks sharp) round out the lounging areas. There’s a hidden sink, a barbecue, drink fridge, ice maker, more fridge space, and storage. No dumbwaiter, but all the essentials are here.
The sundeck seating can handle 8-10 people, with pouffes instead of fixed chairs for more flexibility - move them anywhere you want for sundowners or alfresco dining. The whole space is a blank canvas to use as you see fit. The owner opted for a hidden tender crane, tucked under a folding panel, keeping the deck clean when not in use. The tender lives on the bridge deck when needed, and the whole setup is pretty slick. There’s a sunshade up here as well.
On the boat deck, you’ll find removable boat cradles - take them out when the tender’s not on board and you’ve got a big open space. A bit of a gym setup is here too, plus another alfresco dining spot with stylish chairs. There’s a drink fridge and ice maker for entertaining.
Moving forward, the foredeck carries on the flexible theme. More loose furniture, no table fixed in place, and space for the crew tender when needed. The heavy-duty crane can bring the tender up here, then stays hidden when not in use. Stand-up paddle boards are mounted on the foredeck - solid, not inflatable - so you get better performance out on the water. There’s a dual anchor setup with a stainless steel plate, anchor chain lockers port and starboard, and anchor chain markings for easy management. More storage and technical areas are tucked forward, including space for the crew tender shocks. Life rafts sit inside with fold-down deployment balconies on both sides.
For handling, the wing station offers great forward and aft visibility - perfect for docking. You’ll find all the main controls here: shift and throttle, emergency stops, bow thruster, rudder control, and multifunction displays.
Interior Accommodation
Stepping inside, the interior design stands out as both gorgeous and practical, with a relaxed, luxury vibe. The pilot house sets the tone with a dark grey palette - no shiny bits, just matte finishes and flat surfaces for a modern, organized look. Four multifunction displays manage everything from CCTV and chart plotting to radar and AIS. The helm is classic, with everything at your fingertips - rudder indicators, shift and throttle, bow thruster, independent rudder controls, VHF radios, and a good old breaker panel behind. There’s even a management system to monitor all tank levels and systems, and a fair-sized captain’s cabin with windows for natural light. Traditional curtains and linen fabrics bring a homey touch, and you’ll spot the day head here with exterior and interior access.
Throughout the interior, you’ll notice a consistent use of light colours and warm textures. Matte panel finishes, three-dimensional wall treatments, and a clever trick of copying the floor material onto the ceiling create a sense of connection and warmth. Louvers over the windows, with a fabric insert, give a high-end beach house feel. KRA speakers are installed throughout for top-tier sound quality.
The main salon is a neutral, homey space with flexible, low-profile furniture. Right now, the furniture's centered in the room facing aft, leaving the windows totally clear, but you could rearrange it to suit your needs. Storage is built in everywhere, especially around the big staircase. The interior dining table is a heavy stone piece seating ten, with all the service storage you’d expect for proper entertaining.
The galley is accessed via a side entrance - perfect for bringing in provisioning. There’s a pop-up table extension for service, a huge pantry, and every appliance you’d expect: Miele dishwasher, five-burner induction cooktop, two ovens, hood, slicer, and a proper Italian espresso maker. Huge windows make the space bright and comfortable for the crew. Large fridge and freezer combos round out the equipment. The galley links directly to the crew area.
Owner's Cabin
The owner’s suite sits forward on the main deck, accessed through its own lobby. There’s a wardrobe and walk-in closet, plus a cute little office nook - just enough for a laptop if you need to get some work done, but clearly designed for relaxation. King-size bed with wood details overhead, more hanging lockers, exposed storage, and those KRA speakers again for great sound. The space-saving pocket doors feel solid and smooth.
The ensuite is seriously impressive: an infrared sauna, separate toilet, a bathtub, dual vanities, another separate toilet, and a huge shower.
Guest Accommodation
The guest area, reached by a comfortable staircase, is finished in light, elevated tones. Rugs are loose and removable - practical for cleaning or swapping out if needed. The two forward guest cabins each have twin beds (plus a pullman) that can be joined to make a king, with mirrors to visually extend the space. Hanging lockers and ensuite bathrooms feature natural stone sinks, recessed storage in the showers, plenty of drainage, and quiet, smooth mechanisms for doors and drawers.
Aft, there are two more guest cabins, each with a big double bed and massive windows - one even looks straight out onto the crew tender. Each has a flush-mounted TV, hanging locker, and a larger ensuite than the forward cabins, complete with an emergency escape hatch and spacious showers finished in 3D marble. Storage is abundant, and you could even fit a mini drink fridge if you wish.
Performance
The engine room is a treat for anyone who loves a technical space. Entry via the stern or side deck, it’s loud but super clean and organized. Atlas converters manage the electrical load, and there’s a commercial-grade watermaker, emergency gasoline pump for firefighting or bilging, and black water treatment. Twin Caterpillar C18 ACERT 715hp engines (at 2100rpm) power the yacht, supported by two generators (port and starboard). The bilges are spotless, with easy access to all systems, including primary fuel filters, show glass for fuel tanks, and big ventilation fans for both input and extract. Emergency access routes are in place, along with a switchboard system.
Performance-wise, the RJ150 hits a top speed of 13 knots and cruises comfortably at 12 knots. With 45,000 litres of fuel on board, she’ll run up to 5,500 nautical miles at an economic 9 knots - serious explorer range.
In Summary
Flexible deck layouts make entertaining easy and allow an owner to personalize spaces for their own style, while thoughtfully designed technical and crew areas make for smooth operations behind the scenes. The interior feels like a high-end beach house - warm and inviting, with plenty of touches that make long stays aboard comfortable and enjoyable. With true ocean-crossing range and a strong technical setup, this yacht is ready for adventures near and far, and an owner who wants to be involved in the day-to-day or just kick back and enjoy the ride will find it a very satisfying home on the water.
