Exterior Design
The Sanlorenzo SL82 yacht Alumi II carries the long, low profile that helped define this generation of Italian planing yachts. Stefano Righini’s exterior lines keep the superstructure slim and stretched, while the raised sheer line and fine bow entry give the yacht a fast, balanced stance even at rest. Large bands of dark glazing run almost continuously along the main deck and wheelhouse, which sharpens the profile and pulls more natural light into the interior spaces.
The flybridge integrates neatly into the roofline rather than sitting heavily above it. An extended hardtop shades the aft deck below, while the upper deck itself has space for lounging, dining and open-air cruising. From the side profile, the SL82’s layered deck arrangement flows cleanly from the bow through to the stern without abrupt angles or oversized structures.
A stepped aft cockpit connects directly to the swim platform, creating a straightforward transition between the social deck areas and the water. Stainless guardrails stay low and discreet, so the yacht keeps a clean horizontal appearance from bow to stern. The foredeck also has a recessed lounging area built into the superstructure, giving guests another private outdoor space away from the aft entertainment zones.
