Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 8.7m beam and a 2.15m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 396 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the eighth yacht built on the DOM133 design. Launched in June 2025 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.
Exterior Design
Andala is built on Baglietto’s DOM133 platform, featuring exterior lines drawn by Stefano Vafiadis. The styling draws clear cues from automotive design, with crisp, modern contours and a clean silhouette. Constructed in aluminum with a displacement hull, the yacht is engineered for both aesthetics and practicality. Her shallow draught allows for easy navigation through low-depth cruising grounds such as the Bahamas and Caribbean, making her well suited to island-hopping itineraries.
At the stern, the yacht’s split-level beach club is a standout feature, with a raised main deck aft flowing down to the swim platform. A glass-edged infinity pool is set into the lower level, and its movable floor system can be raised or lowered depending on how the space is being used. This allows for greater flexibility between lounging, swimming, or entertainment setups. A U-shaped seating area is built into the platform itself, creating a comfortable spot for enjoying the water up close.
Up on the sundeck, a second pool offers further space for relaxation, surrounded by open-air lounging areas. The upper deck layout emphasizes unobstructed views and natural airflow, with plenty of room for sunbathing or casual dining. On the main deck aft, lightweight modular furniture can be rearranged or stored easily, adapting the space to suit a variety of social settings whether at anchor or underway.
Accommodation
Andala offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel-electric Caterpillar (C32) 1,622hp engines, motor yacht Andala is capable of reaching a top speed of 17 knots, and comfortably cruises at 15 knots. She has a maximum range of 3,500 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots.
