The 131'2" sail yacht Antares was delivered to her owners in 2005 by Dutch shipyard Royal Huisman. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Dixon Yacht Design, while Rhoades Young is responsible for her interior design.

Design & Construction

Designed around a full displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 28'9" beam and a 13'10" draft. The yacht is built over 1 decks with an internal volume of 218 GT (Gross Tonnes).

The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.

Accommodation

Antares offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 VIP cabin and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by 1 x diesel Caterpillar (C18 Acert) 6-cylinder 714hp engines running at 2100rpm, motor yacht Antares is capable of reaching a top speed of 12 knots, and comfortably cruises at 11 knots. With her 4,448 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,500 nautical miles at 8 knots.
