Design & Construction
Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.3m beam and a 1.82m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 141 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
Apollo I is a 29.5m (96.8ft) Astondoa 95 GLX, a model known for combining substantial interior volume with a sleek, performance-oriented profile. Designed with classic Mediterranean styling, the yacht balances flowing curves and crisp detailing to create an appearance that remains contemporary while retaining a timeless elegance.
A prominent sweeping sheerline runs from the elevated bow towards the broad stern, giving the yacht a dynamic stance on the water. The bow features a pronounced flare that helps deflect spray and frames a dedicated foredeck sunbathing area. Combined with a beam of almost 6.9m (22.6ft), the design creates a strong and well-balanced presence.
The raised pilothouse configuration is one of the defining characteristics of the 95 GLX. The stepped arrangement of the superstructure reduces visual bulk while creating a layered profile that feels lighter than many flybridge yachts of similar size. Above, the elongated flybridge extends well aft, naturally sheltering the cockpit below while providing a substantial outdoor entertainment deck.
Continuous dark glazing wraps around the main and upper decks, visually linking the yacht's forward and aft sections. These elongated window bands streamline the profile while bringing generous natural light into the interior spaces.
Outdoor living is a central part of the design. The flybridge provides extensive space for dining, lounging and entertaining, while the aft deck offers a sheltered social area connected directly to the main saloon. At water level, a hydraulic swim platform provides easy access to the sea and serves as a practical base for swimming, watersports and tender operations.
Accommodation
Apollo I offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by 3 x diesel MAN (D2842LE) 1,282hp engines, motor yacht Apollo I is capable of reaching a top speed of 31 knots, and comfortably cruises at 20 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
