Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 23' beam and a 9' draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 272 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

Atlas is a 38m (124.7ft) displacement yacht built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, carrying a gross tonnage of 272GT. Her exterior and interior were both designed by Diana Yacht Design, and she is built to Lloyds +100 A1 Yacht classification and RINA standards.

She carries the classic proportions of a full-displacement yacht from her era, with a flared bow, sweeping sheer line and a strong, purposeful profile. The hull is finished in a deep navy blue, contrasted by a crisp white superstructure and varnished teak rails, giving her a timeless look on the water. Large rectangular windows run along the main deck, bringing natural light into the saloon and guest areas.

Her exterior spaces are thoughtfully arranged across three decks. The sun deck is centred around a raised jacuzzi just ahead of the radar and communications mast. Seating runs along the sides, with an L-shaped sofa to port and a broad sunpad set opposite to starboard. The upper deck has walkaround side decks and a wide aft boat deck which, when clear of tenders and PWC, transforms into a generous lounge and sunbathing area. On the main deck, high bulwarks frame the walkaround side decks, adding privacy and security when moving forward to the foredeck bench seating. Aft, the cockpit is laid out with a U-shaped arrangement around a large dining table, shaded for al fresco meals. A deck crane is positioned for launching and recovering tenders and PWC from the boat deck above.

Interior Design

The main deck is arranged with the owner’s suite forward, the galley, day heads and entrance foyer amidships, and the main saloon set aft. The saloon itself has a formal dining table forward and a softer lounge area with sofas behind, creating a natural flow between dining and relaxation.

On the upper deck, the wheelhouse sits forward, complete with an adjoining captain’s cabin. Aft of this, the sky lounge provides another communal space, suited to quiet time or more casual gatherings. Warm, understated finishes and comfortable furnishings give the interior a welcoming tone throughout.

Accommodation

Atlas offers accommodation for 10 guests across five cabins. The main deck houses the owner’s suite, which is positioned forward and arranged with a forward-facing king-sized berth. The cabin includes a generous en suite bathroom fitted with his and hers sinks.

The guest accommodation sits on the lower deck, aft of the midships engine room. There are four suites here: a double VIP, two further doubles, and one twin-berth cabin. Each has its own en suite bathroom. Crew accommodation and mess are located forward of the engine room, with capacity for 7.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3412-DITA) 619hp engines, motor yacht Atlas is capable of reaching a top speed of 14 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots. With her 15,322 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,400 nautical miles at 10 knots.

Amenities

Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Atlas also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
