The 38m motor yacht Ligaya was delivered to her owners in 2002 by Ocean Pacifico. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Diana Yacht Design, while Kate Cannon is responsible for her interior design.
Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 7m beam and a 2.75m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 272 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Accommodation
Ligaya offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 4 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. Additionally, there is accommodation for up to 6 members of the owners staff and security team. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (V12 3412 DITA) 611hp engines, motor yacht Ligaya is capable of reaching a top speed of 14 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots. With her 58,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,500 nautical miles at 10 knots making her well capable of long range and transatlantic voyages.
