The 170'7" motor yacht Bilgin 170/04 is being constructed by Turkish shipyard Bilgin Yachts and is due to be delivered in 2026. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Unique Yacht Design, while Hot Lab is responsible for her interior design.

Key Features

  • Four huge exterior decks
  • Beach club with swim platform
  • Sundeck pool with sunpads
  • Spiral glass staircase

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 30'4" beam and a 8'6" draft. The yacht is built over 4 decks with an internal volume of 499 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

Bilgin 170/04 carries the bold and elegant style of the 52m (170.6ft) Bilgin 170 series. Her profile, drawn by Unique Yacht Design, combines a sharp bow, smooth superstructure lines and strong geometric accents. The pale hull and superstructure are contrasted by dark window bands that stretch across her length, with oversized glazing built into the hull to flood the interior with natural light.

Her exterior decks are arranged over four levels. The sundeck is the social heart of the yacht, with a large pool surrounded by raised sunpads and shaded seating areas. Aft, wide lounges are paired with dining tables and a full bar, creating a relaxed flow between casual and formal use. Forward on the main deck sits another outdoor lounge with its own pool, offering privacy when the yacht is moored stern-to.

The stern opens to a beach club, where a head and lounge sit just inside the transom doors. This space links directly to the swim platform, with the option to convert it into a gym if preferred. From above, the aft decks step down in wide terraces, each arranged with furniture for lounging/dining and connected by generous staircases to the water.

Interior Design

Hot Lab’s interiors for Bilgin 170/04 lean toward a modern, Italian style that balances sculptural forms with soft materials. Natural tones are layered with marble, textured fabrics and reflective surfaces, creating a light and inviting atmosphere throughout the decks.

A dramatic central staircase is the showpiece of the interior. Its spiralling structure rises through all levels, with floating glass steps and a sculptural chandelier cascading down. This space acts as the yacht’s core, linking the saloons and accommodation with a sense of openness and light.

The main saloon is arranged with curved sofas and bespoke furniture pieces that soften the geometry of the room. Large windows line the space, keeping views wide and natural light abundant. The atmosphere is relaxed yet polished, with a subtle mix of gloss ceilings, pale fabrics and dark wood accents.

Forward, a formal dining area sits beneath a custom lighting feature, while the upper saloon is styled as a more casual lounge. Here, rounded seating and low tables create an easy flow, with a full bar tucked to one side. Together, the main and upper saloons give guests the choice between grand entertaining and laid-back gatherings.

Accommodation

Bilgin 170/04 is arranged for 12 guests in six staterooms, with quarters for a crew of 10. The design offers flexibility, with two master suite configurations: either a full-beam suite on the main deck or an alternative with the master on the bridge deck and a gym on the lower deck.

The owner’s suite is designed as a private retreat with wide windows, a lounge area and soft neutral tones accented by pale blues and creams. The bed and furniture are sculpted in organic forms, while indirect ceiling lighting keeps the space calm and atmospheric. Practical touches include a private office, a desk and extended wardrobe storage, offering comfort for longer stays on board.

Guest staterooms continue the modern, light aesthetic, blending warm woods with clean lines and muted fabrics. Double and twin arrangements are included, with layouts that can be tailored to suit different groups of guests. Each cabin is finished with subtle lighting details, textured wall panels and thoughtful storage, while still feeling airy thanks to careful use of colour and proportion.

Crew accommodation is laid out to support a professional team of 10, ensuring smooth service across all decks while maintaining privacy for guests.
