Design & Construction

Designed around a planing carbon fibre hull and superstructure she features a 6.25m beam and a 1.72m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 90 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the fifth yacht built on the 88 Carbon design. She was delivered to her owners in July 2020.

Exterior Design

Bise I, the Delta 88 Carbon, uses a full carbon-fibre hull and superstructure, so weight stays low and performance stays high. The profile is upright and clean, with a plumb bow and high sides that give the yacht a solid, almost explorer-like stance, while the sharp V-bottom hull supports planing speeds and stable running.

The glazing runs long and low along the hull and superstructure, so the dark bands contrast with the white finish and also bring light deep into the interior. The forward-sloping windscreen at the helm keeps sightlines clear, while side deck access sits close to the helm for quick movement during docking.

Outdoor space is split across three clear zones. The aft cockpit works as the main social area, with a flexible dining setup and direct access to the swim platform, which can handle tender use and water access. Forward, the bow forms a second lounge with a C-shaped seating area, adjustable table, and a separate sunpad, so it can shift between dining and sunbathing.

Up top, the flybridge adds another layer of space with a sunpad, seating area, and a wet bar with barbecue. The carbon structure remains visible in parts of the detailing, especially around steps and fixtures, which gives a clear sense of how the yacht is built. Deck hardware is practical and well placed, with integrated fender storage, strong bollards, and clean mooring arrangements.

Interior Design

The interior follows a Scandinavian approach, with light tones, clean lines, and a focus on visibility. Large windows on the main deck bring in steady natural light, while the open-plan saloon links the lounge and dining area without breaks, so the space feels wide and connected.

Materials stay consistent throughout, with pale woods, soft fabrics, and restrained detailing. The effect is calm and modern rather than decorative, and the layout supports day-to-day use without wasted space.

The galley sits as a fully equipped working area, fitted with Miele appliances including fridge freezers, dishwasher, oven, and hob. Storage is built in across the space, and the extractor system is integrated into the design so it does not interrupt the clean lines.

At the helm, three large Garmin displays sit ahead of the controls, paired with joystick handling for the IPS system. The raised position improves forward visibility, while the layout keeps all monitoring systems within reach, including fuel, water, and onboard systems.

Accommodation

Bise I accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 cabins, with space for 4 crew in separate quarters.

The owner’s cabin sits aft and uses the full beam, with a central bed, a separate seating area, and a walk-in wardrobe. A dual-sided pop-up TV faces both the bed and lounge space, while the en suite includes twin sinks and a large rainfall shower.

The VIP cabin is forward, with a double bed, strong storage, and its own en suite. Light levels remain high thanks to the hull glazing.

Two guest cabins sit amidships and can convert between twin and double layouts. Each has its own en suite, along with independent climate and AV controls.

Crew accommodation is positioned aft with two cabins, a shared bathroom, and a small seating area, as well as access to system controls.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by 3 x diesel Volvo Penta (IPS-1200) 900hp engines, motor yacht Bise I is capable of reaching a top speed of 39 knots, and comfortably cruises at 26 knots. With her 5,500 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 645 nautical miles at 26 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
