The 28.96m Sport Fisher yacht Bonny Read was delivered to her owners in 2013 by American shipyard Sea Force IX. Her exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Ron Rookstool, while Rick Hyer is responsible for her naval architecture.

Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.98m beam and a 1.73m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 95 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the sixth yacht built on the Sea Force 94.5 SF design.
