Design & Construction

Designed around a full displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 8.8m beam and a 2.31m draft. The yacht is built over 4 decks with an internal volume of 469 GT (Gross Tonnes).

The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.

Exterior Design

Built in steel with an aluminium superstructure, Holiday is one of the few Maiora yachts to combine the robust strength of Rossinavi-standard construction with the flowing Italian lines that define the brand. Her 43m (141ft) profile carries an understated sense of purpose, blending traditional proportions with a generous beam of 8.8m (28.9ft) that enhances both stability and interior volume. Delivered to Lloyd’s classification, she features a steel hull finished with the refined styling touches of Fipa Italiana Yachts and designer Roberto Del Re.

Her exterior design is instantly recognisable by the contrast between the dark navy hull and crisp white superstructure, a combination that highlights her graceful sheer line and sculpted decks. The raised bow gives her a confident stance at sea, while the tiered decks sweep aft in soft, rounded layers. Large hull windows punctuate the flanks, drawing natural light into the guest areas below.

Life outdoors centres around multiple open-air decks designed for long-distance cruising and laid-back enjoyment. The top deck serves as a private retreat, complete with a hot tub framed by broad sun pads and open views across the sea. Forward, a sociable lounge and bar create an easy flow between relaxation and conversation, while further seating and dining areas encourage time spent outdoors in comfort. Whether cruising quietly or hosting family gatherings, every space has been designed with endurance and enjoyment in mind.

Interior Design

Inside, Holiday reveals the classic elegance that has long characterised Roberto Del Re’s work. The interiors are warm and traditionally styled, marked by generous proportions and rich materials that lend a calm, welcoming feel throughout. Her volume of 469GT is particularly well used, offering large saloons and dining spaces that maintain a natural connection between social and private areas. The main deck saloon opens into a formal dining area that feels open yet intimate, with soft furnishings and subtle detailing giving the yacht a timeless atmosphere.

Accommodation

Holiday accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins, served by a professional crew of seven. The full-beam owner’s suite is located forward on the main deck, offering a peaceful private space with its own office for reading, work, or quiet reflection. Large windows fill the cabin with natural light, enhancing the feeling of privacy and calm.

On the lower deck, four additional guest cabins provide flexibility for family or charter use. Two are arranged as doubles and two as twins, each with an additional Pullman berth, ensuring comfortable accommodation for up to twelve guests. Each cabin is en suite and finished to the same classic standard as the main deck, maintaining a sense of coherence and style throughout the guest areas.
